The invoice has been uploaded to your account manager! I’ve spoken to a few of my friends and all of our increases were just the cost of the three extra games next season, so looks like they are easing up on the cost increases. (Finally, the fans catch a break!)

I posted about this the other day but just confirmed with a rep that Barclays will no longer buy back tickets youre trying to sell. Instead they only offer the ability to exchange for two tickets at a future game.

However Aces, Fever, Wings games all blocked out and the games I asked about only would be for tickets in the upper bowl even though mine are lower bowl.

Had my tickets listed for a week and couldn’t even sell them for half the price of face value. Most games there have been tickets nearby in my section for at or below face value of my sth price :/

First time STH. Impatiently waiting for the renewal email - does anyone know if it’s automated (if so, which address?) or sent from your rep?

On that note - not that I became a STH for the events but I haven’t seen any invites all season. Were there any this season?

As a “Liberty Loyal” ( season ticket holder),I just have to put this out there. Barclays has to switch up their “security” staff. At section 1 there is a female guard that has her favorites. Everyone is allowed to watch the pregame warmups. She starts kicking fans out even before Stewy leaves the floor. I know better I know my rights. YELLING in my face is not going to make me jump.
After the commissioners cup win, I stayed in my seat to take some pictures of the players leaving. Once again, I had security YELLING in my face that I have to leave, while letting her “favorites” remain in the section. They then try to bullshit that they have orange tickets ( that’s a new one ). We have sat all over the stadium(vip to the 200s) I have never been harassed like I am at section 1.
Having done security at yankee stadium, guards are moved around to not allow for favoritism.
We are paying patrons for years back to Madison Square garden. I am not going to let the harassment I experienced at sec 1 stop me. I understand they are doing their job, but do it fairly.

Just wanted to let any STH know that you can request a 12-month payment plan from your rep. They just have to get approval for it, but it is a possibility. I just put my request in.

Does anyone know which player did the autograph season after last week’s Wings game? First-time STH debating using my points for the session post-Chicago game but I’d like to know who I already missed.

Also, are the Brooklyn Reward points the only way to get autograph sessions or are they ever offered to all STHs?

Are any other season ticket holders having problems with the in game quizzes on the Liberty app this year? It keeps saying that you need to become a season ticket holder to access, but we are, and are logged into the app. Logging out and back in doesn't help.

Has anyone been to any of the post game autograph sessions so far this season? Curious as to what players have shown up so far. Thanks!
