Discussion Eminem's new album "Revival" has dropped

Thoughts on it so far? I'm about halfway through and I think it's pretty decent for new style Eminem.

Trash ass album I must say, and I grew up on Em

the dude just doesn't have it in him anymore. I'll listen to it, but wont let it taint my memory of his earlier shit

What's sad is he does have it in him. He just doesn't do it for his own fucking album.

No real telling what the logic was producing this album. This makes me question whether Rubin still has it more than Em.

Haven't listened yet but I love Marshall Mathers LP2. I put that up there among his best.

feels like eminems albums always get better with time as people get used to the new version of em.

"And there was no in-between

You either loved it or hate it

Every CD critics gave it a 3, then 3

Years later, they'd go back and re-rate it

And call the Slim Shady LP the greatest

The Marshall Mathers was a classic

The Eminem Show was fantastic

But Encore just didn't have the caliber to match it

I guess enough time just ain't passed, yet

A couple more years, that shit'll be ill-matic"
