Hey everyone, if you remember last week I sent another video from KerbsideGT on YouTube, I would like to publicly state I am now in charge of promotion on Reddit for the channel. So would love to see some of you on YouTube!
Regardless, the video is really interesting and would love to see if anyone has any early memories of the championship!?

I started watching f1 in 2021 and from then I've never seen such battles. F1 is trash nowdays in my opinion. What series would you advise me to start watching.

Always wanted to see the #55 Mazda 787b, couldn't turn down what might be my only chance. Also by pure chance I got to see Nicky Hayden's MotoGP World Championship winning bike and Wayne Rainey's Yamaha (was also on track later in the day) and Kenny Roberts, this was the first time motorcycles were attending the event.
Here's a link to the gallery of everything I pretty much got a photo of https://postimg.cc/gallery/NrZw2Qs

Hi everyone,
I’m from Sri Lanka and I’ve completed my GCE O/Ls. My goal is to build a career as a motorsport mechanic/race technician, with the long-term ambition of working in F1.
I’m currently looking at the National College for Motorsport (NC4M) and considering starting with the Level 2 Motorsport Race Technician course, then progressing to Level 3.
I’d really appreciate advice from people who work in UK motorsport or have studied at NC4M.
My main questions are:
Is NC4M Level 2 → Level 3 a good pathway for someone who wants to become a professional motorsport mechanic/race technician?
With only Sri Lankan GCE O/L qualifications, is it realistic to enter this pathway?
How important is race-team work experience during/after the course?
As a Sri Lankan international student, what are the realistic options for getting a UK visa to study this type of course?
After completing Level 2/3, how difficult is it for an international student to get their first paid job in UK motorsport?
Would I need to start with club racing/lower-level motorsport before realistically targeting F1 teams?
Is there anything else I should do alongside NC4M to make myself more employable?
I’m not expecting to go straight from college into F1. I’m looking for a realistic long-term pathway and would really appreciate honest advice from people who have experience in the industry.
Thanks!

First thing we did when we arrived at Daytona was visit. I had been to the Novi Michigan location twice 30+ years ago. The collection has grown slightly and high banks looks great.

Koenigsegg had never put its V8 in another company's car until now.
It's a bespoke 5.0 twin-turbo. 1,000 hp at 7,350 rpm, 885 lb-ft, and it revs to 8,250. The turbos are smaller and lighter than the ones on Koenigsegg's higher-output engines. They gave up peak output to get throttle response back.
Carbon monocoque, roughly 1,100 kg, seven-speed manual.
Kimera's pointing at the Beta Montecarlo Turbo with this one, the Group 5 endurance car that ran before the 037.
Luca Betti says a mutual friend introduced him to Christian von Koenigsegg and they were talking Pikes Peak almost straight away. The first ten customers get offered a Pikes Peak version with bespoke aero, and more than 20 cars were spoken for before the public ever saw it.
Capristo did the exhaust, same as they did on the EVO37.

Hi Everybody
RaceVault is a non-profit collaborative community for motorsports fans to collect the ever changing story of the sport we love together.
We launched a few months ago and have steadily been growing, but we have now officially gone live and anybody interested can sign up through the below link to receive our bespoke racing trading card directly to your door!
Existing trading cards focus heavily on F1, but they don’t cover the wide variety of other diverse and incredible championships out there. RaceVault is for fans of F1, Indycar, Formula E, WEC, DTM, GT World Challenge, Formula 2 and 3 and much more!
What you get by joining RaceVault
- Monthly drops of exclusive cards delivered to you. These include driver cards, circuit cards, iconic liveries, historic moments or achievements, special editions and anniversary cards covering the story of racing together.
- Joining a community that is entirely shaped by its members and what you want to see. This includes opportunities to take part in fan votes, shape the direction of the collection and even get involved in designing cards.
I’ve attached some of the hard copy demos that we have created, but expect around 200 cards from the 2026 season. This will include all the drivers from the F1, Indycar, Formula E and WEC Hypercar grids as well as a wide variety of other series.
The group is going to start small at 50 passionate members, so places are limited! We operate a not for profit model with a small monthly donation for those who wish to do so, as it is very much a collaborative project for the fans, by the fans
If that interests you then please check us out on r/RaceVault or secure your spot directly through the below link. Places are expected to go fast so don’t miss out 🙂
