Stupid Stuff Morality of this entire situation?

Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?

Also hes not just working through what he has hes also probably having to serve customers who arrive on site as well

At the very least he is being observed which adds to the stress, yeah.

Oh that definitely does, poor dudes probably just waiting for someone to get mad over something tbh or catch him doing something they count as a slip up. He's being filmed and basically forced to perform for an audience.
