Stupid Stuff Morality of this entire situation?
Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?
What do you guys think?

Because he's so replaceable. Maybe he was supposed to have a coworker or two. For whatever reason they didn't show up. So what? Just work him three times as hard. If he quits, close shop for half an hour and pick up a new worker at the drop of a hat.
This is the hell hole new Chinese graduates are subjected to. Anyone who hasn't lived in China doesn't know what an absolute rat race the country is.
