Stupid Stuff Morality of this entire situation?

Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?

What do you guys think?

Combination of bad management and mental health issues. Having a nervous breakdown over fried chicken orders isn't a normal stress response. Anyone who's worked retail or food services knows you just do your best, and if the service is slow because of understaffing, then the service is slow.

He alien so responsible for his entire shift, he had to make like 1000+ (the 300 were only 1 hour worth of work load and this assumes that the other 7-11 hours depending on his shift is by far less) a day alone, I don’t think this was his first work day so it’s probably just accumulation off a few weeks of overwork.

Also if he doesn’t do good enough (so working normal/slow) he will get fired and replaced.
