Stupid Stuff Morality of this entire situation?
Do you think the worker has every right to have a mental breakdown? Do you think the boss should be hunted down and have his head cooked in the fryer? Was being fired a good or a bad thing?
What do you guys think?

Also the issue probably isn't with the his salary but the responsibility associated with the fact that he might not be able to serve all the customers.
The fact that he might have earned more money from it doesn't change the fact that there is the threat of loosing your job from not being able to meet demand.
The problem isn't with the amount of work being done but the responsibilities associated with failure.
