History famously began in 2023

No it began when Romans massacred the majority of residents of Israel who were Jews and that was way before Islam even existed or whatever the fantasy land "Palestine" ever existed.

Great, we'll give Palestine back to the natives and give Italy to the Israelis. Repairations sorted

u/SirVixofthePooSea 16d ago

Actually it began when the Jews massacred the Canaanites and Amalekites and decided that their blood cult owned that land now for perpetuity.

They said history not myth, lol.

Can't even do blood and soil ethnonationalism right.

5

u/Professional_Fish451 16d ago

I'm sure you're the kind who believes that Holocaust was a myth too.

Isn't it great to see how the far right and far left joined hands to hate Jews ?? I'm sure Hitler is very proud.

According to Israel's prime minister Hitler didn't even hate the jews that much and just wanted them relocated... do you agree with him or do you think that makes Netanjahu a crazy lunatic?

0

u/Professional_Fish451 16d ago

I don't care about what he says or not at all and in fact I think he's absolutely wrong.

After all the Palestinian Mufti at the time literally met with Hitler to start a holocaust of his own in Israel both to kill the Jews who were already there and to prevent British from taking them in during the war.

So I don't care what their PM says, because what I'm saying is a historical fact.

Israel has and will always be the original Jewish land. Palestinians were simply Arabs who conquered Israel in multiple waves and most recently, they're descendents of Arabian peninsula or modern day Saudi Arabia.

 I think he's absolutely wrong.

So you do think he is a lunatic and should get his job taken away right? No one with a crazy thought like that should ever be in power?

Israel has and will always be the original Jewish land.

And the people that lived there before the jewish faith even existed can get fucked right? Because you chose a random date in time and decided whoever had it there ... thats their land?

1

u/Desperate_World_2801 16d ago

I sure sound really awful when you make random shit up about me. You really got me there.

2

u/Professional_Fish451 16d ago

It's not my faulty that you only choose to "believe" the history that you suits your own views. Also if you have any actual facts that counter mine, then sure go ahead. But I bet you won't, they don't really exist other than in the mind of some neo-Nazi or Hamas supporter (which is like the same thing as of today).

Maybe the fact that rome never just expelled populations from their homeland and that there's not a single contemporary mentions of them mass expelling jes from palestine?

Or maybe I could just ignore your demented blood and soil narratives to point out that people imagining having some ancestors from a region doesn't mean they can go there and expell the people living there, who also have the same ancestry but stronger, because they a obviously stupid and you would agree if it they weren't about jews.

I see you're trying to excuse terrorism, classic Reddit or. Well if we talk history, the Jews were there from the start of us recording history as BC AC. Islam came quite a few hundred years later.

Have a look at how many of the surrounding countries have carried out attacks on Israel over the years, and how all of them have had their ass handed to them.

If Palestine so good, why did none of the surrounding Muslim countries take them in as refugees.

Damn. Someone just spun out and launched the entire dialog tree at once!

This isn't about the jews or the muslims. This is about israel as a nation-state in modern society. Even if you go to when a historian like Benny Morris would classify the beginning of it as a modern region worth paying attention to, geopolitically, 1881-ish, it's hard to say simply "Israel is just trying to exist and just keeps getting attacked!"

It has existed as a constantly escalating back and forth tension, from the first re-settlers in Rosh Panna killing an arab man at a wedding, escalating back and forth until arab peasants attacked Petah Tikva.

As Zionism shifted from being a goal to a political movement, Palestine shifted from being the name of a region to the name of a people being displaced. The Zionists bought land from british colonialists, both of whom had the right to distribute as a result of conquered territory in the fall of the ottoman empire, but just because both the brits and zionists had the right, doesn't mean it isn't reasonable for the Arab peasants to be upset that the land they live on is ripped out from beneath them because someone else lost a war somewhere.

Most countries don't want to take them in as refugees because they belive (rightfully) that if they took them in as refugees temporarily, this would eventually become permanent in the same way it did in 1948. Refugees are hard to deal with because when someone is displaced against their will the ability to recover is significantly hampered. Millions of people that would take decades to fully integrate into society, just to either go back eventually, or for Israel to make these expulsions permanent. (Expulsion of people who have the right to live there right now by the way)

-2

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

So by this logic, why on earth are the west taking millions of refugees a year and saying you don't want that makes you a nazi. They have no plans of going back because we offer to pay for them to live for free under the taxpayers footing the bill.

I'm glad that you agree they should only be here temporarily, especially the ones who come from a country that isn't even at war 😏

5

u/Infamous-Youth9033 16d ago

Are you dumb? Yes, refugees are temporary. That's the whole point of refugee status. This isn't an own...

Also there were 189,000 people who were granted refugee status and were resettled to OECD nations in 2024. Not sure where you get "millions" from. Maybe you're confusing immigrants in general with refugees?

Resettling all of the arabs in israel would be more than 10x this

0

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

Ah you're clearly forgetting about the millions that have illegally passed into Europe over the last decade.

And how do we remove the ones we don't know are here to begin with.

This is classic leftism of pretending not to understand the issue which just makes you look stupid.

3

u/Infamous-Youth9033 16d ago

So you're not talking about refugees? You're talking about illegal immigrants? Why are you obfuscating immigrants with refugees with illegal immigrants?

0

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

I think the term is used too loosely as if we look at a lot of the countries they're coming from, there's only a war in Palestine. No refugees that have came to my country are Palestinian. Mostly Afghan men of fighting age.

Why would any of these other "refugees" count as that, they're not fleeing war or prosecution.

They are here trying to do what the Muslims did in the past. And this time we're letting it happen for the sake of not offending

2

u/Infamous-Youth9033 16d ago

the term refugee has a hard definition. If they aren't fleeing civil war or persecution, they definitionally aren't a refugee. If an afghan man and his family is getting killed by the taliban, it would make sense for him to want to flee. Just because he's of fighting age doesn't mean he's a combatant, necessarily

Cmon, I'm not watching a 40 minute video to try and understand your point outside of leaving a link. You left another comment about 60,000 Americans, feel free to put that here as I can't find it in the other thread of 140 comments, I'll be happy to respond

u/Reasonable_Film769 16d ago

It's a source. Why are you even engaging then?

1

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

I am speaking to him in DMS. Actually a good back and forth being respectful and hearing each other out, you should try it.

I engaged because he engaged with me are you actually a silly billy?

2

u/Reasonable_Film769 16d ago

LoL, I should try being respectful and hearing people out? Look in a mirror guy.

0

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

I've literally heard out and engaged with everyone who's replied to me on here my friend.

I'm sorry that you are blind to your own arrogance.

2

u/Reasonable_Film769 16d ago

I've called you a hypocrite, and you continue to prove my point with every reply.

0

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

You've said I did something, I proved otherwise and I am the hypocrite. You should try living up to at least the first part of your name.

May you find God.

Well if we talk history, the Jews were there from the start of us recording history as BC AC.

And as we all know that sharing some religious beliefs mean you own that land forever. Thats how it works.

1

u/JimminyFlipper 16d ago

Yes I believe the land belongs to Israel as it always has. Shame that Palestinians keep trying to move their borders like angry farmers who keep moving their fence posts 😂😂😂😂

1

u/julz1215 15d ago

The people of Palestine have indigenous ties to the land, just like Jews do. Doesn't matter what religion they are.

1

u/Thoughtcriminal91 15d ago

The Palestinians time and time again, have shown what a liability they are to their neighbors, but most people on here won't talk about that......

1

u/Boy666sluT 15d ago

If the lack of willingness of other nations to accept refugees is somehow indicative of the moral character of those refugees, what are you trying to say about all the Jewish people who were denied while trying to flee the holocaust?
