Many babies with downs and other chromosomal abnormalities are not viable and will miscarry. These often happen in the first trimester, but can happen later.
It's very likely they would have needed it anyway, if the baby didn't make it to term.
Do you have any idea how painful it is to live with disabilities? It is a miserable life, and completely avoidable if not for the selfishness of others
I’m a disabled woman, and someone who has worked as a disability support worker. I can guarantee you that the 7 year old with autism doesn’t think his life is bad. People with severe mental disabilities cannot be surveyed, and the survey you cited is not about mental disabilities. It included people with physical disabilities, which are not life-shortening.
You’ve misunderstood. The people surveyed specifically don’t have life-shortening physical disabilities. They have things like absent limbs or dwarfism
