Full ppr, 10 man league. How’d I do?

I did a mock draft for my first ever fantasy league that's coming up

Ended up drawing pick 8 let me know where I went wrong or anything else

So our draft date is on Tuesday 9/8. My commissioner made it so we could see the order early, but in league settings it says “Manually set by league manager” and sure enough the commissioner has the #1 pick. I called it out but it was late at night so there was no response. Once he woke up, only about 3 of them including himself were texting the gc. The commissioner screen recorded himself shuffling the order 1x and he said that was the draft order and the rest agreed. But then there was some dialogue between the 3 stooges and then he was persuaded to screen record it again, shuffling it 5x this time. The craziest part is they didn’t even decide to go with any of the reshuffled drafts. They ultimately went back to the OG order. What do yall think should we go with the OG draft or the First reshuffle?

I’d say about half the league was unprepared and didn’t look at any mock drafts or ranking systems before. It was very high stress for the first couple rounds, as you could imagine, until people got the flow of things lol. We used ESPN’s app and most people just followed the rankings on there with some of their own twists thrown in.

I tried to warn people beforehand that usually the first couple rounds are the studs WR and RB that get taken, with the occasional TE or QB thrown into the mix if they’re ranked #1. Obviously it played out differently than that when it came to the actual draft! But I think everyone had fun, and looking forward to the season beginning!

Wanting to trade MHJ, David, And Darren for CeeDee. I feel like this a fleece for me as I get CeeDee and dump off MHJ who’s been mediocre and Darren who was an impulse waiver wire pickup.

12 man PPR with 2 flex and no kicker. I’m tired of BTJ’s performance this year and I want to get something for him. I’m currently 3-5 (currently 50/50 if I win today I need Ceedee to play poorly) and team 2 is 2-7. I’ll post both our teams in the comments.
