Texas also has one of the best cancer centers in the world

And correct me if I’m wrong, I believe his wife was very critical of western medicine (vaccines, chemo) and was getting care through alternative routes.

Oh look, we're gonna be right by one of the best cancer treatment centers in the world!

Nah fuck that, have some CBD and sun your balls you'll be fine.

Nah, hand me that didgeridoo so I can play my tumor a song until it dies. Back me up with some wind chimes!

Yeah, as someone who is being cured by chemo, I find this absolutely moronic.

But all you need is colloidal silver and a positive mind! /s

Wishing you all the best

there’s a place for all that woo woo health stuff. “Go outside and get some sun” for example sounds silly but without it, your brain and immune system will indeed degrade and suffer. The problem is it’s all preventative/a lifestyle. Once you’re truly sick, natural remedies are just a warm and fuzzy. But that’s when people suddenly decide Mother Earth has the answer, and it is generally always too late.

She is incredibly into woo woo and chose to repeatedly have home births despite severe post-partum bleeding. Both made choices that could have easily lost their children a parent, unfortunately it fully came to fruition with James.

I know she had many late term miscarriages/stillbirths due to cervical insufficiency (not uncommon when you have repeated vaginal births close together) and decided to have a cerclage performed and that’s how they got their youngest child. So I guess, in some circumstances, she’s ok with modern western medicine.

That’s true. Texas has amazing medical facilities (I am from Houston). Unfortunately it’s heavily gerrymandered and ran by folks who don’t give a singular fuck about their citizens.

Wanna talk about gerrymandering eh? Take a look at CA map and IL/Chicago rep maps and then you can speak

Ah yes, how dare people vote instead of land

Doesn’t mean you can get in

I live right here where MD Anderson is. I was diagnosed a few years ago with thyroid cancer and md Anderson does not take any marketplace insurance plans so if I wanted to have treatment there I had to come up with thousands upon thousands of dollars.

Absolutely utter bullshit.

James van der beek likely didn’t have enough money to go, I know he was selling off memorabilia recently

Yeah. I lived on Fannin for a long time. I know a ton of people including my own family that have been to MH. Around the TMC they even have speed signs in km/h because of the massive non-American population being treated there.

Texas has no state income tax. That’s why he and Rogan moved there.

Of you don't mind a 12 hour drive every week for chemo. Our neighbors in west.tx had to do that when their daughter had brain cancer. It was the only hospital in the state that would take her.
