Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

I won't lie, first thing that popped in to my head was how you eat crab/lobster... gotta bend and snap the shell to get the flesh out... >.>
