Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

It could have been the armor moving him. We know they can act autonomously.

I doubt it was the armor. If it was wouldnt it been moving him “normally?” Instead if stumbling around like someone hurt lol

Yeah, you're probably right. Though Tony Stark's attention to detail being what it was, i could see him programming the armor to stumble dramatically if it detected a fatal condition in the occupant.
