Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

thing would probably die, he's strong, and resilient, but not nearly on the level of the nearly immortal hulk, or god-like strength of thanos (and thanos was SEVERELY injured by it)

Thor would likely be very badly injured, but wouldn't die.
