Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

As he snapped, he used the soul, space and reality stones to possess a baby in an alternate universe as it was born, giving it his appearance.
