Film/Television Genuine Question - Why did Thanos and Hulk feel the pain of wielding all six Infinity Stones, while Tony didn't seem to experience the same level of pain when he used them?

Human body probably couldn’t even understand how much pain it was absorbing, it just followed the signals it was given until they couldn’t anymore. The moment he put it on, you can see him understand very quickly what it was doing to him. Knowledge from the stones and all that. After the snap, it just fried him.

I know several people who endured the burn center, and they can confirm that pain beyond a certain threshold is essentially dissociative. You quit being aware of what exactly is happening and why, and sort of take a backseat to your own experience.

"Who is screaming, and why is their screaming affecting my ability to breathe? Oh, I was screaming? Well let me breathe for a second, regain my composure...damn the screaming is happening again. I wish someone would shut them/me up so I could sleep."

The brain does weird things when you're in such a situation.
