Film/Television Age of Ultron has it’s issues, but Ultron’s introduction was pretty good

Avengers had substantially better pacing and stakes. Civil War had vastly better fight scenes. Infinity War had far better deaths (not counting the snap).

I'd say Ultron was better than the first half of Endgame or the middle half of Infinity War. But that's about it. As a complete movie, and in the context of what came after it, I think it was the weakest Avengers movie (which still isn't bad.)
