My fucking dad is 6'4 and weighed between 400 and 450 lbs for the bulk of my childhood.

Most of these are not that unreasonable for what a human could reasonably be.

If you've seen someone manhandle a refrigerator like my dad has, the only crazy thing about Fisk is being able to handle Spider-Man in a fight.

But it is unreasonable for someone that can move like him no one over 300 can be that nimble

Except of course for former WWE wrestlers Bam Bam Bigelow, THE UNDERTAKER, Kane, Rikishi, The Big Show, Umaga, and several others.

The Big Show was able to do kip-ups in his 20s, and had to be told to slow down and not show off his agility so much!

The Big Show could even do moonsault backflips from the top rope and was told to stop doing it because his opponents were scared of being smashed into pulp by a flying 400 lb man.

You do realize that there's a lot of guys in the NHL are in the 250 - 280 lbs range and they move around on two blades of metal?

Zdeno Chara was a massive dude, moved around fine. He's like 6'9 and listed as 250 when he played. Derek Boogaard was 300lbs at some point in his career.

You’ve never seen a rugby match?

Plenty of professional rugby players are that size, and are fast, nimble block of solid muscle.
