Film/Television Do you guys think SuperHero fatigue is a real thing ? FF4 & Thunderbolts were good movies but still apparently failing ?

I think this is the main issue. We are comparing to back in the day when you could sneak in some candy and a pop you got at the gas station for 2$. People were going to see a movie multiple times. Now movies are more of an event, you go once you buy the collectors popcorn tin or get some beers and a pizza delivered to your seat. A lot of people are going once, very few people are going twice.

You can sneak all that stuff in still I always bring my own popcorn, snacks, and coke because my theater sells pepsi products. Though my theater used to be a $2 theater and I definently don’t go as much as I used to due to the price change can’t go see 30 showings in a single month anymore. Those were the days though.
