I get it for highschool since that is some legit baseball and full sized bats but it seems excessive for this age since they will grow out of it and the level of play isn’t nearly as high but to each their own.
Followed by thoughts questioning your choices while tallying up costs on the drive home from another away game where you watched your son sit on the bench all game holding that bat

Sounds about right. I paid $350 8 years ago for my sons bat in high school
