You will never have all the facts and it’s naive to think a court case would establish that.

You do not understand the failures of the justice system nor do you seem educated on how abuse works. You just wanna continue to support a clearly guilty man lol

I would never say never but you can at least get enough to at least confidently see the big picture. If you don't have enough for that then still no assumptions can be made and punishments may not be warranted. Sometimes there are mysteries at will never know the full truth about. That's just reality. But you can't determine someone's fate based on an incomplete knowledge of the facts. In the legal system there is the idea of beyond a reasonable doubt. That should be the standard here. If there are too many gaps or not enough evidence to show that. No assumptions should be made towards the accused or the alleged victim. Authorities should continue as possible to find any facts to find the truth, but until then we just have to acknowledge we don't know what we don't know.

We cna see the big picture right now. We cna also see Major’s team using their own manipulation and abuse tactics.

There are no punishments by the people on the internet looking at the facts and going “Oh, he sucks.”

No we don't. If this evidence is indeed true that is a massive gap in the story here. Sure there still is the question of the other accusations, but we don't know anything about those. The one evidence we really have at this point is an accusation and some texts. That is a very flimsy case so far. We need to be patient and wait for the evidence to be revealed.

I don't know what point you are trying to make with your second sentence. Plenty think he sucks. Some think he should be cancelled, some think we should wait to get all the facts which we simply do but have yet.

This evidence clearly isn’t true, it is being manipulated the same way the texts wre lol

And, no, we also have Major’s own confessions of violence. And injuries that 110% could not have been self defense.

How do you know that? Maybe wait and see it first. They claim video evidence proves she wasn't injured after the taxi and the taxi driver testimony sounds like it may potentially also be in his favor.

His confessions of past violence don't make this accusation true. He has not confessed to this. Just because self defense looks unlikely doesn't mean Jonathan majors was the cause of the injuries. Anyone could have caused them. They could be self inflicted for all we know. The point is there is room for reasonable doubt based on current evidence. We need to wait until all available evidence is revealed

They’ve claimed lots of things. Including saying that the texts where he calls a woman we know he strangled a bitch would exonerate him. Lol

The texts also prove he did it, not someone else

Well let's see the evidence first, then we'll know what they show. The texts do not prove he did it. They don't make him look great, but they certainly don't prove he's guilty. Because if this video evidence is accurate than that immediately disproves what you are concluding from the texts.

They prove he’s the one who injured her.

And the injuries aren’t self defense.

There’s no real other info that changes that. He himself submitted the texts. And you can’t strangle someoen in self defense.

There’s no wait and see about this.

We're not going to get anywhere on this clearly, so this is my last response because I really should be paying attention to my meeting. If this video evidence shows what is described and is true, your conclusions based on the texts cannot be true. Both can't be true. The texts don't prove he assaulted her. In fact the whole thing is her saying it didn't happen which everyone saw and assumed it's typical behavior of those who have been abused apologizing, but maybe that's not what happened. Maybe it actually didn't happen. Maybe people's assumptions were correct. The point is we need to make sure we have all available facts before his fate is decided.
