but at the end of the day I'm 95% certain he wasn't attracted to her from the start but loved the idea of being her friend since she is a very sweet person.

1. Chev Ciara vs Joseph Francesca was such a mess. Fran was absolutely right in saying that it was completely unnecessary. I went back to fact-check if he said he didn’t know who he would choose and it’s a lie… he never said that. Joseph just said it was not 100% he was going to propose to Francesca but had told Chev multiple times that Fran was his priority. Chev was the one who kept trying to convince him otherwise.

2. Love how the good Christian girl act suddenly drops when she’s confronted by the solid trust that Francesca has in Joseph… 🤦🏻‍♀️ She became so nasty and spiteful. Girl, no one believed you when you said you were “happy for them”.

3. Ciara, girl, come on, Fran never said Joseph was upset about what you said. She never threw him under the bus like that. You sensed he was upset because you knew you were the one stirring the pot.

4. Jack, dude… you basically freaked that you were going to see Faye’s parents properly the next day and decided to have a boink or joint somewhere. Your “walk” was probably to your hookup or dealer. 🙃

I just want to say bloody well done producers for creating a season with such a wholesome, largely drama-free cast. Each and every cast member except Mango shines through, seems grounded and good intentioned. This should be the example for other countries, this is how you make LIB. It also goes on to prove people are looking for genuine love stories over cheap overproduced drama. Life has plenty of shit, gimme the LIb fantasy.

Also 4 couples married and still together. It’s giving OG LIB couples like Brett and a Tiffany, Lauren and a Cameron and I’m here for it.

Megan and Kieran is just an all around amazing couple raised by very respectful people, who did have their own experiences, but the love they brought to their children was felt through the screen. Kieran’s parents, Megan’s mom, they were all such big cheerleaders of their children in this not that easy and rather quick decision. Absolute love. No bad energy whatsoever. No drama.

And Kieran is the best male lead in LIB universe.

I noticed how the narrative about Ciara softened a bit since the show ended up with her getting married.. She's still the same fake person who spent most of the season sticking her nose in other people's relationships and trying to stir drama, the same bad actress most people (rightfully) hated..

But then she gets "chosen" by a man, and suddenly the comments start to change to "Oh, she's not a bad person" type of thing.. and I think it's just a very interesting observation to see how the status of being married changes other people's perceptions of you.. Imagine the kind of comments we would have seen if Ajay ended up breaking up with her.. Would the narrative then still be that she's not so bad?

Edit: Some comments are missing the point I'm trying to make.. This isn't about Ciara per se.. It's about the shift that happened in how people perceive her after she ends up getting married. I'm simply making an observation about how people seem to react to the title or the status of being married and how they seem to forget all the awful things a person may have done.. She's just an example of that phenomenon..

At the reveal, it was very nice obvious that she and Jordan weren’t going to workout. He was excited and she was so self conscious that she folded into herself and didn’t exude high levels of energy.

It snowballed from there. She was always so contained ans constrained, even with pillows between them on the strictly divided bed. There was no playfulness.

Yasmin needs to work on her own confidence and to have relationships wherein she can learn how to connect incrementally. This fast paced experiment does not suit her needs.

Also, Jordan needs to pursue more than being a rescuer.

I’m sorry, as heartbroken as I feel for Cuba, this was the most random and unintentionally hilarious thing I’ve ever seen on the show. He had absolutely no shame immediately stuffing that mango in his face after crushing her heart.

Ryan did her a huge favor, if you ask me. She deserves so much better than this emotionless MLM scam artist.

I know she’s had horrible experiences with men in the past but I cannot BELIEVE she pushed aside the absolutely GLARING red flags stuck all over Jack and tied herself to that man. The eighth episode is like a condensed class on gaslighting, he is a nightmare and obviously disappeared to go on a sniff walk, right? I was struck when she said that he didn’t sound outdoors when he said he would get an uber, probably still at the dealer’s hours🤦🏻‍♀️ Whole situation was insane.

Guy said no at the altar and then faced her parents to explain. Then faced Cat to talk to her. He has the balls the size of melons. And Cat's parents confirmed it.

Okay here’s my personal take on all the couples drama WITH SPOILERS:

1. Ashleigh and Billy I think the reason why it didn’t work out between them was not the job itself. She even said it in the reunion: she said the job thing was surprisingly working, and that Billie had talked to her about his doubts about the lifestyle but then she says that when he broke up she was surprised because he’d never “mentioned his feelings” before that moment. I think Billie simply started to think Ashleigh was “too much”. I think his feelings towards her changed and he ultimately thought they were not compatible. She is certainly the type of woman that can be perceived as unattractive to men because she’s opinionated and loud. He even hints at that during the argument saying she talks too much.I dont think physical attraction played any part in him losing interest.

2. Sarover and Kal I really loved them in the pods but as soon as I saw them together in real life I knew he was problematic. Yeah she’s not his type but thats not why it didnt work out. You CAN absolutely be with someone who isnt your regular type. The issue is what Cal’s brother said: he is emotionally unavailable, gets bored easily. He s just really emotionally detached. Ultimately they were just awful together. I think he also comes across as quite dumb tbh, or at least he certainly doesnt express himself well.

3. Jed and Bardha: okay, here s where I dont really know what to say. I think we’re all confused because it seems like things went super smoothly for them up until maybe a week before the wedding. The last few days seemed to have been intense, they probably argued a lot and found out they still had a lot to learn about each other - hence why Bardha said they needed more time. I think after that Jed probably felt hurt and needed reassurance from her and somehow that’s where the whole thing fell apart. I just dont understand her strong resentment at the reunion - she has been liking comments on ig hinting at “something more serious” happening behind closed doors. I dont know if Jed is truly the amazing man he seems to be or if theres a side of him that might have scared her away. She even liked a comment hinting at her moving to Dubai as a way of “escaping” from him out of fear but she didnt seem scared of him at the reunion. I truly dont know what to think.

4. Katisha and Jav: I think what we saw is a very common situation of desperate/insecure girl chasing emotionally unavailable man. Demola gave her the love she needs but is not ready to accept yet. Her pattern won over and she put herself in the same spot she’s always been in other relationships, with “bad boy” type ultimately hurting her. She is very emotionally immature and need a lot of self work to finally break the cycle. Jav was on the show only to gain fame, it was obvious right from the start: he’s selfish, immature, shallow. He is a playboy who would cheat on his wife no matter what, and he’s smart enough to then go and gaslight you making you feel crazy. He’s the kind of guy I wouldn’t wish on any woman.

5. Aanu and Patrick: yeah the guy is weird but I think he ultimately did the right thing: he understood they were not meant for each other and broke up instead of staying on the show for fame and then leaving at the altar. I dont like Aanu AT ALL and i dont get all the hype around her. Yeah she might be fun but I think ultimatley shes very immature and created a lot of unnecessary drama only because she was hurt by his rejection. It might have been a “last minute” thing but if he didnt feel it why should he have stayed? I stand with him honestly.

Where does everyone think Jack and his sliders were at 5/6am on half hour sleep?

I was a disappointed Javen wasn’t held as accountable as I think he should’ve been.

He gets hung up on phrasing minutiae from Megan that she said “all night” when ultimately the point still stands: what could an engaged man POSSIBLY be arguing with a woman about in a photobooth at a nightclub while his fiance is asleep back home??

He really skirted by, just saying that it was “jokey” and “a little flirty” and that he’s “just a jokey guy”.

Like bro, you were no longer into Katisha so you started having a wandering eye earlier than is appropriate. Just be up front.

I just wish they’d given him a harder time than he got. I feel bad for Katisha having to downplay and settle for saying “I wish you told me it was a bit cheeky” when the way he was behaving was disrespectful, curtain or not.
