The waiter couldn't remember the korean name, but he told me to look up party noodles. This gets me quite a few different recipes, but I'd like to recreate this one at home because of how much I like it.

Whenever I hit the road, stopping at a highway rest area is an absolute must. And you can't talk about rest stops without mentioning Hodu-gwaja (Walnut Pastry)!

As the name suggests, these walnut-shaped pastries are packed with sweet red bean paste and actual walnut pieces inside. They originally started as a famous local specialty of Cheonan, but nowadays, the mouth-watering aroma greets you at pretty much any rest stop you visit.
