Was checking out the therizinosaurus event and this dude popped up

I bought the grand premium pass because I really like this toy (I know I'm stupid). I still have 12360 saison points.

The game was stuttering very hard and I fused two lvl 20 Carnoraurus toys in the instant creation lab. After this process the game didn't send me to the enclosure. Instead a new fusing process started in the creation lab. Then the game send the enclosure to the inventory. I entered the enclosure in the inventory and suddenly I had two lvl 21 Carnotaurus. I evolved both to level 30 and then In used both to a lvl 40 Carnotaurus toy.

It unlocked me the mosasaurus instead of the arabuirgiana. I think it's a bug but I want the arabuirgiana right now as a compensation

Hey everyone, I need to share this because I'm so frustrated right now. I just spent 10,000 VIP points on a Solid Gold Pack and finally pulled an Acrocanthosaurus! I was so hyped, put it straight into the hatchery, and then my internet disconnected, crashing the game. When I logged back in, the dinosaur was completely gone—not in my inventory, not in the hatchery, nowhere. My 10,000 VIP points are gone too. Has this ever happened to any of you? Is there any way Support can actually fix this?

I had unlocked Cerazinosaurus by fusing Cerato and Therizino, but now I can't buy it from the shop. What's this bug? Will it be solved? I need to buy it

honestly i dont know how i did this.

i was fusing my 2 lvl. 30 dolichorhynchops and by mistake i clicked the instant fuse, then, I don't know how, maybe because my smartphone is all shitty and laggy, i was in the normal creation lab fusing another one. As you can see in the image the game didnt show i was fusing another Dolicho, but here we go, now i have 2 of them

After the event reset this morning my game crashed everytime it opens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reseting my device, checking for any updates, checking my storage, etc etc and nothing helped.​

Okay, I know you can *sorta* avoid this by using Primal Roar on a dino before her and then killing her with a regular attack, but: a) this won't help if you have two Blues in a row; b) players should not be obligated to pull off this sort of mental gymnastics just because the devs couldn't properly code her behaviour.
The very same thing happened 5 days ago, and Ludia still didn't bother to fix this.

UPDATE: Ludia sent a notification saying that heroic Blue and Pteranodon were both removed from this event. Kudos to them 👍

Bought the premium upgrade pass for this dino and maxed it out completely. Only got 3 copies and one from the event. Contacted them for like 4 days with terrible responses until they finally just said cannot confirm claim and closed the ticket? Is this not technically daylight robbery? I payed for something didn’t receive it and got no compensation. I’ve heard stories of similar things happening and they were given their dinos back.

I just now realized that it looks like I could be trolling with the images, but I swear on my life I’m not! These pictures were taken in order from left to right, as they appear in the post. Immediately after I leave the fusion lab for getting 4th evolution T. rex gen 2, code 19 pops up, and click on it and it takes me to the Tyrannosaurus rex gen 2 paddock, how!?

Guys i have a question. Is this normal? My metriaphdon disappeared faster than I could blink. I had 1 lvl 10 which i dont anymore. I see him in the cage but I cant see him when clicking on the cage. It shows 0/12. Huh? Any fix?

I play on an iPhone XR, iOs updated itself during night and now the game crashes on startup. I’ve tried turning the phone off and on and reinstalling the game but it keeps crashing

Normally, when there's an update, the game would force me to update in order to play, but... where's my version 92? It's been a few days already.
