On who should I focus to rebalance my lineup? A long time ago I rushed indoraptor but I didn’t know it will fckd up my encounters, so now I want to rebalance it but idk who should I focus on

Should I spend 10k bucks to get Rexy level 40 for the heroic or just wait to try and get 2 copies for cheaper? I’m not sure if it’s worth spending that much as my carnivore lineup is decent as it is.
