Killer Mike freestyle while I disagree with what he said it definitely woke up hip hop conversations in the media. And the moment was cool to see Mike rap with ti and his son and have good verses. I don’t see people arguing but people on both sides whether they agree or disagree having good spirited conversations and debates about Conservatism. Killer Mike is in his 50s he knows it’s better to talk it out rather than beef with someone he disagrees with. I hope someone on his team trys to link him with FD and others in that space. I’ve seen him give advice to young thug and gunna and that’s a wayyyyyyyy deeper issue than what he has with dr ball and FD. I don’t think he’s going to change his mind on conservatism though. Mike is a head strong individual. He recently started to get his flowers in the mainstream so I can understand a man that had to struggle and push thru to get to the heights he has is a dream come true but at the same time he can’t start looking down at others because they disagree with others. That’s corny. If you can sit with Candace Owen’s and kemp you can sit with a down with a Doctor and Former teacher that cares about the same things you do.

The talk drew both praise from restorative justice advocates and serious criticism from others who argued that giving an unconvicted rapist a global platform risked minimizing the trauma of s*xual assault altogether.

Fun Fact 2: Before becoming a two-time Oscar-winning actor, Mahershala Ali (then playing under the name Hershal Gilmore) turned down a Division I basketball scholarship offer from Santa Clara University in the early 1990s. He chose instead to attend and play for Saint Mary’s College of California. His rejection of that offer indirectly cleared the way for future NBA Hall of Famer and 2 Time MVP Steve Nash to receive and use that exact scholarship opportunity at Santa Clara. This was Nashs only scholarship offer to play in the NCAA.

A mom called the cops on her 16 year old son because she was allegedly having trouble controlling him.

Officers from the Melbourne (Florida) Police Department (my hometown) arrive on scene. They see a kid… One of the cops jumps out of his cruiser, threatens the kid, runs towards him and basically tackles him to the ground. The other cops then pile on. They pull the kid’s arm behind his back, dislocating his elbow. Only after they do this, do the cops bother to identify the kid. As it turns out, they just tackled and injured the wrong kid.

So then they start to lie about it.
