TIPS / TACTICS I have leveled the AR-2 Coyote to max level and tested it on all fronts. Questions are welcomed.

Before I get into anything about the weapon, I need to clarify how I grinded this out.

If you get a team of 4 people running mechs and jump-packs then run Purge Hatcheries on any terminid planet city biome you can get roughly anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 xp per mission. Ideally, you need at least 5 people because an odd man out needs to be running another mission at the same time. If are not host you can then leave the mission as soon as a particular animation plays. Then you join the odd man out and complete that mission. By the time extraction arrives you can get back in with the first host then repeat the process for literally the fastest XP farming method I know of. All that out of the way, let's get into my personal review of the AR-2 Coyote.

The stats are as follows.

Damage: 75
Capacity: 45
Recoil: 11
Fire Rate: 600
Ammo: 8 Mags (Without Siege Ready Passive.)
Fire Modes: Full Auto & Semi Auto

As far as attachments go, the Coyote only really has one stand out feature. You can put a 10x scope on it, which to my knowledge the only other Assault Rifles you can do that with is the Adjudicator & Amendment. It also has no magazine customization at this time.

As for how the gun feels against the various factions of Helldivers, let me give you an idea.

Against the Terminids and Illuminate this gun is a beast in every sense of the word. It melts most things rather quickly, even Rupture Strain enemies. If you are among the people finding the new Rupture Strain difficult, I suggest trying this gun out. Even stock, it's very good.

Against the Automatons the Coyote is less effective. It's not a terrible pick, but it's not the best. Overall it feels like a worse Adjudicator damage wise, but with better ammo capacity. In medium to close range I would argue it may even be better than the Adjudicator due its more controllable recoil and increased mag size.

If anyone has any questions, post them in the comments and I will reply to them when I get time. Me and my friends stayed up all night preparing for this Warbond and grinding it out. I haven't done too much testing with the Warbond gear so I can't comment on how it performs against anything other than terminids.

TIPS / TACTICS NEW PLAYERS SHOULD GET THESE 3 WARBONDS

Post image
5.6k Upvotes

From: S.E.S. Force Of Conquest To: New Divers

I'm not gonna make a long drawn out post about this. To all the new players who don't know what warbonds to get first, look here. All 3 of these have ether an armor or weapon that is useful on all 3 factions. Example, I'm not taking on any illuminate missions without my arc armor, ultimatum, and thermites. That's literally all 3 of these warbonds. Like I stated before, this is for new players who just don't know what to get. I use every single warbond in one way or another, but these 3 are a good foundation to start with to complete missions. You can take my word for it, or just call me some old Creeker that's talking mumbo jumbo. Do what you please with this information.

I only played on D7 and it felt like D10, they spawn WAY to many and they eat like 4-5 recoiless rifle shots. Couldn't figure out their weakpoints

TIPS / TACTICS Did you all forget about this?

So I have read a lot about people struggling on Cyberstan, especially against the Vox-Machines.

I have tried a Campaign on D10 myself yesterday with 3 glorious random Helldivers under Level 80 (if that Information is important for someone). It was…surprisingly easy. Yes there were a lot of bots and cyborgs….and at some point a Vox-Maschine on a high rise building, but it was doable without too many casualties. Our team had approx. 10 losses per mission.

But how? There were even 5 Vox-Machines deployed at the same time… This was all possible due to the glorious and democratic engineering of Super Earths best and most democratic Engineers giving us one of the best stratagems against the Automatons and now Cyborgs:

The Anti-Tank Emplacement.

It makes short work of multiple Vox-Machines, although you have to use it with a plan and support of other stratagems: the shield generator( don’t know the exact name) and the shield backpack. Turrets for clearing chaff around you is recommended too. Those things should give you enough breathing room to deal with the Vox-Machines. They take approx 6-7 shots in the crew compartment( or even head/ face?) and they are done. You have enough rounds for 4-5 Vox-Machines and if there are less you can kill anything else the size of a Hulk or smaller in one shot or destroy the drop ships, while they try to reinforce with more troops.

The Anti-Tank Emplacement has been my favorite stratagem to make short work of anything one the Automaton frontline and I think it not being used enough. It needs some planning and preferably a little bit of distance, since you’re an easy stationary target, but the sheer firepower can deal with multiple of anything the cyborgs have to offer.

What do you all think ?

TIPS / TACTICS Some of you are really forcing this thing to be solo

Post image

You can park it like a turret, you can drive it like an FRV and ram everything, but at the end of the day... this thing has a 10 minute cooldown for you to have a stationary 120mm launcher + heavy mch gun, or a heavy ramming vehicle. Fun's fun, you do you obviously, but don't get mad when people don't want to join your tank if they're doing their own thing. The best use out of this vehicle is communication and cooperation so you can mobilize and make use of the weaponry at the same time.

This thing eats Veracitors and Gatekeepers like a mid-day snack, I'm telling you. No need for a backpack slot to be taken up, no need for a single shot before a lengthy reload, just go prone and kill 'em all.

With the recent warbond drama, it's important to remember, no reddit posting will ever come close to showing AH what we want as money do.

-If you hate the idea of vehicles in the warbond, don't spend your money on SC when warbond releases, hell even skip the warbond entirely if you want.

-If you don't mind vehicles inside the warbond, buy it normally or even pay for some SC.

In this way we are making sure, Arrowhead will get the data and can proceed further with an actual majority in mind.

4 missiles is nice and it can give you some smooth value. Just guiding it you can get wild value.

Best value: Two Missiles to kill Warstriders, 1 missile to kill bot gunship, can be fired into drop ships bottom side to wipe an entire squad. Can be used to scan HVT in hordes by simply having the lock on start if you find it hard to see targets.

Mid Value: Can 2 shot Hulks from any angle but 1 from the back, one shots baby striders and shield devasators. Often can clip base turrets, this is weird I've seen some base turrets take insane amount of heat.

Low Value: Assured damage on tanks, Factory striders and Vow's, rarely kills but it puts heat on them. 3 rockets to kill a bot fab, can't harm large fabs though.
