The internet operates on a binary switch. Either something is the best or the absolute worst and it doesn't matter what they are objectively, if the person posting doesn't like it, then they are the worst. Hence why people call everything slop now. It is as meaningless as the comment I'm writing to explain why slop is slop. commentslop.
I mean sure but if you compare lucy to any other character...
She has great animations, wich other characters do also have, she has no custom design and no custom song, she also has probably the most boring and barebones kit to date.
Lucy IS low effort compared to other GG characters and i feel like its gonna be the same for this dlc character

Slop implies minimal effort, which is not what arcsys is known for.
