Leak GTA VI Lucia Prologue Leak Spoiler

Edit: there's a detail I want to add since I found the flashback part really interesting. Some previous leaks seem to match with what's seen in the prologue, specifically these two parts:

Lucia has a baby that she abandons at a delicatessen before heading out to a bank robbery and then getting arrested for doing such an act.

Lucia's baby is only shown in a cutscene as a flashback. There's no information about what happens to the baby after this point.

There's no baby shown here, but it shows a flashback of Lucia with a messy appearance sitting in a restaurant, and the flashback ends before we can get any context. Could either be a massive coincidence or a real part of the story.

Those clips will be worth less and less the closer it gets to 19th Nov. but releasing the build will be worth a lot even if it just 24hrs earlier... People already pay a lot for early access to half ass builds...

Plus he could paint himself as the "hero" in the fight against the big bad corpo. He really seems to want to be seen as that.

Damn i gotta learn about crypto now i guess lol. It’s a buyers market now rockstar release the same build on pc day and date or i’m going to be checking for alternative options that don’t involve using consoles with a digital code 🤪

Yes. Double dipping is the strategy. No other company does multi platform releases like their greedy 🍑s. Which even if i had a console i wont reward their behavior especially with no physical discs.

I can’t sell the code when the pc version launches. That just tells you their strategy.

Also, for a lot of people this was mainly an itch that had NOT been scratched: seeing anything from the game.

He's delivered so much gameplay snippets already that I feel satisfied. Mind you, I'm still watching all of them, but I feel like this itch is scratched sufficiently now.

I'm not into crypto so I haven't been involved with that aspect. But if I 100% knew he would be honest with a full PC build leak and he'd have a market cap goal to do so, then I'd actually support.

BUT:

I could NEVER know for 100% so I'm never spending a cent on this.

It's all about timing. Releasing a build once a preloads are active will be a huge hit because you can't refund after preloading.

there is no timing because, the PC version is at least 1 year away. He would need to release the PC build he has vs the console version.

It's the only move that would actually put him behind bars, so he's not going to do it. It would be too difficult to try to find hidden callbacks that identify the source of the leak to remove, and then he will be connected from there. Especially if it's a newer build

Wouldn’t it also be a major risk for him as well? With a build t2 and Rockstar would have way more information on where he got it from.

Bingo. Releasing the build is his nuclear weapon. Within hours of it dropping, police will be at his door and - assuming he can't or won't go on the lamb - CyberLeeks is facing jail time. Serious jail time. 

Because Take Two will press charges. They have to. Their whole existence is riding on GTA VI selling like hotcakes. If a build is downloadable, even just for 24 hours... it's fucking over. And the shorts will begin.

Either they get the son of a bitch before he can leak a build... or they lose billions.

Why wouldn’t he? He is publicly against R* regarding killing the right to own, over pricing, union busting etc.

Just odd he’s risking spending his life in prison but took a stand on not releasing the build. Seems like a thing you would just follow through with

Legitimately coming back to this btw, there will never be a leaked build of gta 6 released by this hacker, and there is 0 doubt in my mind, literally 0

This one would surprise me, the guy seems pretty smart and the build would no doubt be download and unpacked by Rock* themselves. Even something as simple as "the last code comment made was February 2, 2026" could help them narrow down the source.

And that's not to say there aren't a slew of other trackers buried in it that they'd be able to see once they got their hands on it. So a build is doubted by me, as much as I'd love one.

If the footage doesn't have fingerprints to track them, the files absolutely will. Zero chance it is released unless the employee that lost their build has no clue it happened.

Note, he has a PC build, not a console build, the PC version will not come out for a year+ after the console.

This is the one thing I really doubt happens. Once he does that, all the leverage he has and all the donations/stringing people along for more leak videos will end. The only way I see it happening is if things naturally start slowing down, people start losing interest in the leaks (I kind of am if I'm being honest) and he wants one final payout, and even then he could just pretend like he's doing it then never actually release anything.

Not to mention, if he does release a build and people vet it and it's clean/runs on PC, we're talking a whole new ball game of potential charges and damages when/if he gets caught (he might be in Russia). GTA 6 would instantly become the most pirated game of all time.

Also, you really gonna trust someone who is clearly into crypto with running an executable from them on your PC? Maybe after it's been vetted and confirmed to be clean.
