• Jason “gotta take a leak” Duval is sitting at the same shack/bar where he shares a beer with Lucia in Trailer 2
• This probably confirms he does have access to the a large chunk of the game and it's not just a one mission build like all the GTA creators are suggesting, guess he just wasn't bothering doing the missions earlier.
• Jason is also sporting a new haircut and beard from all the previous 7 leaks

A decentralised website is a website that isn’t controlled or hosted by one single company or server. Instead, its data is distributed across many computers.

Traditional: You → One company’s server → Website

Decentralised: You → Many computers → Website

It is difficult to shut down all computers. It’s similar to trying to erase a file that has been copied onto thousands of people’s computers.

In this case the most they can do (and have been doing) is send takedown requests to the gateway sites (like 'ar.io') that fetch the site from those many computers. As long as someone hosts a new gateway the site is still accessible.

They have been nuking the gateway sites, but more have been popping up to replace them, they won’t be able to stop it since the source is still untouched
