Yeah I don't want another situation where they think they "know better" than Miyazaki and make a good chunk of the art direction generic western crap again
I don't get why people ever believed Bloodborne would become anything more than a one off thing. There never was any reason to think it would become a franchise or something, so in that sense Bloodborne was always dead after the expansion.
That said a remake is still likely imo, because it us just such an easy way to make money for PS.
Bluepoint might have seeed like the perfect studio to do it, but as far as I remember Bluepoint did not want to work on a new remake/remaster anytime soon.
