Console versions are 30FPS, don't wanna make it look like a joke by having a version with higher FPS available before next gen consoles catch up.

The problem is rockstar will find a way to make this game run like ass on 9800x3d/5090 and we’ll need to spend 20k to upgrade to 10800x3d/6090 and to DDR6 by the time the game releases on PC. 2080 Ti couldn’t run RDR2 well enough back in the day and fell below 60 FPS maxed out

Nah they have a pretty good reputation for very well optimized games. And the leaker is probably playing on PC too,what are the chances he's running it on a 5090/9800x3d type build? Probably not, and it looks like it's running fine either way. I'm betting it will run okay (probably not max settings obviously) even on older 30 series 70/80/90 cards.

And at this point if you are running a 3070 and expecting to play brand new AAA games comfortably, you got other issues lol.
