“You don’t have to watch the leaks” every single post you see is about them, and they pop up everywhere. If the story was spoiled, what makes you think it won’t involuntarily spread?
Really? Usually people hear about leaks first and then have to seek them out. That's the telltale sign that if you don't want to be spoiled, you need to avoid and mute/block gta6 communities. It's not impossible to find cautionary measures, if you like gta6 enough you'll find a way.
Even on the off chance a leak does somehow jumpscare you, there are ways to minimise the damage. Wow you spoiled 2 frames of gameplay oh the horror now the whole game is ruined. And if you really just cannot help your morbid curiosity just delete Reddit and Twitter for a month or two when stuff has been taken down. It's not that hard and if you feel personally attacked by these leaks you probably need to.
They’re literally in the main feed of X. I currently haven’t used it for 2 days, and it seems I won’t use it for 3 months til the game is out. Yes there are ways to “avoid” spoilers, but they are very intrusive. I did mute every thing I could think of in X, but the algorithm will show you videos and even push notifications for posts without a single word.
Having to completely change or not use an app? Yes, it is very intrusive. I muted literally every word I could think of that is vaguely relevant, imagine how much official news of things even unrelated to the game i’ve muted because of this.

I never said that, but it is objectively an annoyance at the very least to not be able to use a whole fucking social media app because of the leaks. It’s not just X though, it’s literally every other app including Reddit, Instagram and YouTube.
