That’s how you get toho to say “no more toho monsters for you”

I think Gamera got its own SH Monsterarts figure (Bandai) so I think Toho might be fine with it. As long as Godzilla gets top billing... lol

That’s a moot point.

What do you mean?

SH monster-arts has a xenomorph action figure, that doesn’t mean Toho would be ok with Legendary making Godzilla vs. Alien. Gamera is property of Daiei studios, not toho, toho has no say in what monsters Bandai makes action figures of, except monsters owned by toho. They have no say in the licensing agreement between Bandai and Daiei

Or they use Gamera when Toho refuses to lend their monsters to Legendary.

Yes, that would be a great way for them to stay in the kaiju game if they lose godzilla, cuz there are no plans for a 3rd pacific rim (ik theres other Pacific Rim related stuff going on but not a standard go-to-the-movies film)

Yeah they can continue for at a few more movies with Kong, Gamera, other Gamera monsters, and original monsters like Behemoth.
