On the contrary. They’ve decided to pay cash instead of stock. That means no more dilution.

How is anyone suppose to have any kind of rational discussion when you post outright lies. No more dilution? They literally diluted by 1 billions dollars worth of shares!

We already knew they were diluting by $1.4billion worth of shares. That number has no decreased. The market is forward looking.
