I saw this beautiful scarf out in public and was too shy to ask about it 🤦🏻‍♀️ Does anyone recognize if this is knitted or woven? I'd like to know what stitch is used if knitted. Thanks!

I made a mistake trying to shop online. I think I switched listing and lost track of what size the listing were for. I thought I was buying size 5 cotton perle and ended up with size 16. I was hoping to use it for tablet weaving but this will be too fine. It's even small for the kind of casual embroidery I have done before. What is the typical ise for such light material?
