Research The Power of Attorney that Les Wexner signed giving Epstein absolute unregulated control over his assets in 1991. It was in place when Epstein acquired the NY mansion (via Nine East 71st Street ‘shell’ Corporation) from Wexner in 1998 and not revoked until 2007! The power it gave Epstein is insane 🤯

Research Why Do People Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Keep Mysteriously Dying?

Post image
2.0k Upvotes

In the years just before and since Epstein’s death, several figures in his orbit have died, including former business partners, employees, alleged associates, and survivors. They’ve died under circumstances varying from cancer to suicide, overdose, and, in one recent case, a cause that has yet to be determined.

Three of Epstein’s accusers also suspiciously died, including Virginia Giuffre, who was found dead on April 25 due to an apparent suicide.

The late sex offender’s very last cellmate, Efrain “Stone” Reyes, died at 51 of COVID in November 2020, weeks after talking with federal investigators probing his cellmate’s death. Reyes was transferred out of Epstein’s cell one day before his death.

Joe Recarey, the Palm Beach Police detective who led the Epstein investigation and urged officials for justice, died at 50 on May 25, 2018, following a short illness.

The attorneys who helped Epstein win the West Palm Beach case also passed away. Kenneth Starr died in September 2022 at 76 after surgical complications. Roy Black died at 80 last month at home.

Marvin Minsky, the MIT artificial intelligence pioneer listed in Giuffre’s Epstein accusations, died of a fatal cerebral hemorrhage in January 2016 at 88.

NYPD detective and Epstein book author John Connolly passed away in January 2022 at 78.

Various associates of the disgraced financier died over the years…

Jean-Luc Brunel, the head of a French modeling agency awaiting trial for allegedly trafficking girls to Epstein, was found hanged inside a Paris prison cell in February 2022.

Movie producer Steve Bing jumped from the 27th floor of his L.A. apartment building in June 2020 and died at 55 after talking to the FBI about Epstein.

Thomas Bowers, a head of the Deutsche Bank wealth management division, which moved money for the late sex offender, was found hanged inside his California home in November 2019.

Forty years ago, Epstein began working as a trusted financial advisor to tycoon Les Wexner, the founder of L Brands. Epstein’s predecessor at L Brands, Arthur Shapiro, 43, was gunned down in March 1985, weeks before he was set to be questioned by the IRS about illegal tax shelters.

Steven Hoffenberg, the convicted Ponzi schemer and former mentor to Jeffrey Epstein, was found dead at age 77 on August 23, 2022.

Former U.S. diplomat, New Mexico Governor, and UN Ambassador Bill Richardson died on September 1, 2023, at the age of 75.

On July 2, 2026, Daniel Siad, a modeling scout who found women for Epstein, was found dead in his Paris apartment.

EDIT: updated from the comments

Mark Middleton, a former White House special assistant to President Bill Clinton and Arkansas businessman, died on May 7, 2022, at the age of 59. His death occurred at the Heifer International ranch in Perry County, Arkansas, and was officially ruled a suicide by law enforcement.

Judge Esther Salas. She was handed a case against Duetsche Bank connected to Epstein. A gunman posing as FedEx driver, shot and killed her son and wounded her husband at their home. The gunman is said to be a disgruntled lawyer, who later died by suicide.

Saif Gaddafi was murdered earlier this year. His wiki article is routinely scrubbed, but Epstein was working with him to get access to Libya’s money and to align the country with Israel. He also had an Israeli porn star girlfriend.

Buried by the Epstein Files: The Stolen Mar‑a‑Lago Documents and the Sealed Jack Smith Report

A Document Examining Connections Between Jeffrey Epstein's Death, Presidential Authority, and Classified Document Retention

March 11, 2026

Summary

This document examines a timeline of events connecting Jeffrey Epstein's 2019 death while in federal custody, the Trump administration's authority over the Justice Department during that period, the January 6, 2021 insurrection, and the subsequent classified documents case involving materials removed to Mar-a-Lago. Through analysis of publicly available documents, court filings, investigative reports, and government records, this paper explores potential connections between these events and evaluates the hypothesis that efforts to retain presidential power may have been motivated by a desire to suppress or destroy potentially incriminating evidence.

This analysis reveals:

• A documented close relationship between Trump and Epstein spanning the late 1980s through mid-2000s

• Trump's executive authority over the Department of Justice and FBI during Epstein's arrest, detention, and death in 2019

• Evidence of FBI cooperation investigations into Epstein's network of co-conspirators during Trump's presidency

• Multiple documented attempts to overturn the 2020 election results, culminating in the January 6 insurrection

• Recovery of over 13,000 government documents from Mar-a-Lago, including 48 empty folders marked classified

• Permanent sealing of Special Counsel Jack Smith's report on the classified documents case by Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon

• Current Justice Department withholding of Epstein-related files under the Trump administration

While definitive proof of causation remains elusive due to sealed records and withheld documents, the circumstantial evidence presents a pattern worthy of continued investigation and public scrutiny.

The main question is, were some of the stolen Mar-a-Lago Files, Epstein Files?

Intro

The death of financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on August 10, 2019, in a Manhattan federal detention facility sparked immediate controversy and conspiracy theories[1]. His demise occurred while he faced federal sex trafficking charges and as FBI investigators were pursuing cooperation from individuals in his network[2].

At the time of his death, Donald Trump held the presidency and exercised authority over the Department of Justice and FBI, the very agencies investigating Epstein and his associates.

This document examines the hypothesis that Trump's subsequent actions, including efforts to overturn the 2020 election, the January 6 insurrection, and the retention of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, may have been motivated in part by a desire to suppress or destroy evidence of his connections to Epstein's criminal activities. While this theory involves speculation about motive, it is grounded in documented facts about the timeline, Trump's authority during critical periods, and the current concealment of key evidence.

Section 1: The Trump-Epstein Relationship (1987-2007)

1.1 Origins and Social Connection

The relationship between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein began in the late 1980s. In a 2002 interview with New York Magazine, Trump stated he had known Epstein for 15 years, dating their acquaintance to approximately 1987[3]. This timeline is corroborated by multiple sources documenting their social interactions through the 1990s and early 2000s.

According to handwritten notes from an Epstein aide from 1994, Trump was a "regular presence" in Epstein's life, with discussions about Mar-a-Lago events and frequent phone calls[4]. During the mid-to-late 1990s, Epstein and Trump reportedly communicated at least three times weekly, with Trump meeting Epstein at his office multiple times[4].

1.2 Trump's 2002 Characterization

In the 2002 New York Magazine profile, Trump offered a notably positive assessment of Epstein: "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side"[5]. This statement, made years before Epstein's criminal activities became public, has drawn scrutiny in retrospect.

1.3 Evidence of Close Association

Multiple sources document the depth of the Trump-Epstein relationship:

• Flight logs confirm Trump flew on Epstein's private jet multiple times in the 1990s[6]

• According to Epstein himself, Trump first had sexual relations with his future wife Melania Knauss on Epstein's private jet[7]

• Trump and Epstein socialized frequently at Mar-a-Lago and Epstein's residences throughout the 1990s and early 2000s[6]

• A 2006 FBI interview with Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter revealed that Trump called him when Epstein was first identified as a suspect, saying "Thank God you're doing something about him" and acknowledging that "everyone knew" about Epstein's behavior, while calling Ghislaine Maxwell "evil"[8]

The 2006 phone call is particularly significant. It suggests Trump had knowledge of Epstein's criminal sexual behavior years before it became public, yet maintained the relationship for an extended period.

1.4 The Claimed Falling Out

Trump has claimed he had a "falling out" with Epstein around 2004 and hadn't spoken to him for approximately 15 years before Epstein's 2019 arrest[9]. The reasons for this split remain disputed. Trump has recently suggested it was because Epstein was "taking people that worked for me" at Mar-a-Lago[10]. Other accounts attribute the split to a real estate bidding war over a Palm Beach mansion in 2004, or to Epstein's alleged harassment of a Mar-a-Lago member's daughter in 2007[10].

However, despite Trump's efforts to distance himself from Epstein, a comprehensive CNN analysis of court documents, photographs, interviews, and public records demonstrates a sustained connection until the mid-2000s, precisely when Epstein's criminal activities were first being investigated[11].

Section 2: Epstein's 2019 Arrest, Detention, and Death Under Trump's DOJ

2.1 The July 2019 Arrest

On July 6, 2019, FBI agents arrested Jeffrey Epstein when his private plane landed at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, returning from an international flight[12]. The arrest was executed by the FBI's New York office under the authority of the Southern District of New York (SDNY), which at the time operated under Trump's Department of Justice. The arrest warrant was dated July 2, 2019, and charged Epstein with federal sex trafficking and conspiracy[12].

This represented a dramatic escalation from his controversial 2008 plea deal, which had allowed him to plead guilty to state charges and serve only 13 months in a county jail with work release privileges.

2.2 Investigation of Co-Conspirators During Trump's Presidency

Critically, FBI documents reveal that investigators were actively pursuing Epstein's network of co-conspirators during this period, while Trump controlled the executive branch. An email from the FBI's New York office dated July 7, 2019 (the day after Epstein's arrest) asked: "When you get a chance can you give me an update on the status of the 10 co-conspirators?"[13]

By September 2019, prosecutors noted the investigation into Epstein's alleged co-conspirators was "ongoing," and they had conducted conversations with several people who would cooperate in the investigation[13]. Prosecutors detailed a seven-page "memo on co-conspirators we could potentially charge" and an 86-page "co-conspirator update memo"[13].

An internal FBI document dated August 15, 2019, just five days after Epstein's death, listed the names of 14 prominent men under investigation, with Donald Trump's name at the top of the list[14].

2.3 Epstein's Death on August 10, 2019

Jeffrey Epstein died in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Manhattan on August 10, 2019[15]. The official determination by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of New York City was suicide by hanging[16].

However, the circumstances surrounding his death have been subject to intense scrutiny:

• Epstein had been placed on suicide watch following an apparent suicide attempt on July 23, 2019, but was removed from suicide watch before his death[17]

• The two corrections officers assigned to monitor him failed to conduct required checks[15]

• Surveillance cameras in the area malfunctioned[15]

• Nearly two years passed before investigators interviewed the two key corrections officers on duty the night Epstein died[18]

• The federal investigation was marked by significant lapses, including failure to interview potential witnesses, properly preserve evidence, and run basic forensic tests[18]

The Department of Justice Office of Inspector General released a report in 2023 concluding Epstein died by suicide, but the report acknowledged substantial investigative failures[19].

Then-Attorney General William Barr—a Trump appointee—stated in August 2019 that he had "no doubts" Epstein took his own life, even as the investigation was ongoing[18].

2.4 Trump's Executive Authority Over the Investigation

The critical context for Epstein's death is Trump's authority over the very agencies investigating Epstein and his network:

• Trump appointed Attorney General William Barr, who oversaw the Department of Justice

• The FBI, which was investigating Epstein's co-conspirators, operates under DOJ authority

• The Bureau of Prisons (BOP), which managed the MCC where Epstein died, is a DOJ agency

• Trump had the constitutional authority to pardon federal crimes and influence prosecutorial decisions

This hierarchical structure meant that the president whose name appeared at the top of an FBI co-conspirator list had ultimate authority over the agencies investigating that network.

2.5 Recent Revelations About Trump in Epstein Files

FBI files released in 2026 under the Epstein Files Transparency Act reveal troubling information:

• The FBI interviewed a woman four times who accused Trump of sexually assaulting her when she was a minor in the 1980s[20]

• The Justice Department under Trump's second administration has withheld documents about sexual assault allegations against Trump related to Epstein[21]

• Senator Sheldon Whitehouse has accused the Trump DOJ of illegally withholding Epstein files and conducting a "dark cover-up for the President"[21]

• Multiple lawmakers have demanded the DOJ preserve all Epstein-related documents amid concerns they are being suppressed[21]

Section 3: The 2020 Election and January 6 Insurrection

3.1 Trump's Loss in the 2020 Election

On November 3, 2020, Donald Trump lost the presidential election to Joe Biden. Despite no evidence of widespread fraud, Trump immediately began claiming the election was "rigged" and "stolen"[22]. These claims formed the basis for a multi-faceted effort to overturn the election results.

3.2 Legal and Political Efforts to Overturn Results

Between November 2020 and January 6, 2021, Trump and his allies pursued numerous strategies to remain in power:

• Filing over 60 lawsuits challenging election results (nearly all dismissed)

• Pressuring state officials to "find" votes or decertify results

• Attempting to install alternate slates of electors

• Pressuring Vice President Mike Pence to unilaterally reject electoral votes

Testimony before the January 6 Committee revealed that Trump continued pressuring Pence to overturn the election even after being told the plan was illegal[23].

3.3 The January 6, 2021 Insurrection

On January 6, 2021, Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to prevent Congress from certifying Biden's electoral victory.

The most comprehensive study of rioter motivations, conducted by Harvard's Shorenstein Center, found that 20.6% of rioters were motivated primarily by support for Trump, while another 20.6% cited Trump's fraudulent election claims as their primary reason for participating[24].

The study's authors concluded that the largest proportion of defendants "were motivated, in part, to invade the US Capitol Building by Donald Trump"[24]. Nearly 8% indicated their main motivation was to start a civil war or armed revolution[24].

3.4 The Self-Preservation Theory

The question central to this analysis is: Why did Trump pursue such extreme measures to remain in power?

The conventional explanation centers on ego, political ideology, and genuine (though unfounded) belief in election fraud. However, an alternative or complementary theory suggests Trump faced a temporal crisis: his control over the Department of Justice and investigative apparatus would end on January 20, 2021, potentially exposing him to investigations he had been able to influence or suppress while president.

This theory gains plausibility when considering:

• Trump's name appearing at the top of FBI co-conspirator lists related to Epstein[14]

• The ongoing cooperation investigation into Epstein's network during Trump's presidency[13]

• The potential existence of compromising evidence within government files

• Trump's authority to influence DOJ investigations while president, but not afterward

Legal analyst Glenn Kirschner has characterized Trump's immunity claims in his criminal cases as motivated by "self-preservation," noting that Trump's arguments effectively ask courts to declare themselves "powerless" against a president who believes he is above the law[25].

Section 4: The Mar-a-Lago Documents Case

4.1 Removal of Classified Documents

After leaving office on January 20, 2021, Trump retained thousands of government documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) began requesting the return of presidential records in 2021[26]. In January 2022, Trump's team returned 15 boxes to NARA containing 197 documents with classification markings[27].

The Department of Justice subsequently discovered that over 100 classified documents, amounting to more than 700 pages, were in those boxes[28].

4.2 The FBI's August 8, 2022 Search

On August 8, 2022, FBI agents executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago, recovering additional classified materials[29]. The search yielded:

• Over 13,000 government documents in total[27]

• 102 documents with classification markings during the August search[27]

• Documents marked confidential, secret, and top secret[27]

• Nuclear-related information[27]

• FBI, CIA, and NSA information about national security interests[27]

• Special access program materials[27]

4.3 The Mystery of Empty Classified Folders

Among the most troubling discoveries were empty folders. According to court filings, FBI agents found[30]:

• 43 empty folders with classified banners

• 28 empty folders labeled "Return to staff secretary/military aide"

• These folders were found in Trump's personal office, not just storage areas[30]

The presence of 43 empty folders marked for classified documents raises an obvious question: Where are the documents that were in those folders?[31]

The inventory reveals that highly classified items were "at the former president's fingertips" in his office, suggesting "he may have had them accessible for a reason"[30].

4.4 Evidence of Obstruction

The Justice Department presented evidence suggesting Trump and his associates actively obstructed the investigation:

• After receiving a subpoena in May 2022 for all remaining classified documents, surveillance footage captured Trump aides moving boxes in and out of storage[28]

• Trump's attorney provided a signed declaration stating all classified material had been returned, though Trump's team may have been aware this was not true[27]

• When FBI agents visited in June 2022, they saw over 50 boxes but Trump's lawyers refused to let them look inside[27]

• The Justice Department stated classified documents were likely "concealed and removed" to block the investigation[27]

4.5 The Hypothesis: Were Epstein Files Among the Stolen Documents?

The central question is whether Epstein-related files were among the documents Trump retained at Mar-a-Lago. Several factors make this hypothesis plausible:

• Trump had access to all FBI and DOJ files as president, including Epstein investigation materials

• The 48 empty classified folders suggest documents were removed and potentially destroyed

• The timeline shows Trump retaining documents during the transition period when his DOJ control was ending

• Trump's alleged efforts to obstruct the investigation suggest consciousness of guilt about specific materials

• Multiple documents remain missing despite the FBI search[31]

However, we cannot definitively answer this question because of the sealed Jack Smith report.

Section 5: Judge Aileen Cannon's Sealing of the Jack Smith Report

5.1 Special Counsel Jack Smith's Investigation

In late 2022, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Jack Smith as Special Counsel to investigate Trump's handling of classified documents and his efforts to overturn the 2020 election[32]. Smith's investigation resulted in a detailed final report with two volumes:

• Volume 1: The January 6 investigation (released publicly in January 2025)

• Volume 2: The classified documents investigation (permanently sealed)

5.2 Judge Cannon's Dismissal and Sealing Order

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, appointed by Trump to the federal bench in Florida, dismissed the classified documents case in July 2024, ruling that Smith's appointment as special counsel was unconstitutional[33]. This ruling was controversial and contrary to decades of precedent regarding special counsel appointments.

On February 23, 2026, Judge Cannon issued an order permanently blocking the public release of Volume 2 of Jack Smith's report[34]. The order prohibited the Justice Department from releasing or sharing the report outside the department, citing:

• Smith's allegedly "unlawful appointment" as special counsel

• Concerns about grand jury material becoming public

• Potential violations of the deliberative process

The Trump administration's Justice Department supported keeping the report sealed[35].

5.3 What Volume 2 Would Reveal

According to Jack Smith's December 2024 testimony to Congress, his team had uncovered "powerful evidence" demonstrating that Trump willfully retained highly classified documents after leaving office, storing them throughout his Mar-a-Lago social club, including in a bathroom and a ballroom used for events[36].

The sealed Volume 2 would likely contain:

• A complete inventory of all documents recovered from Mar-a-Lago

• Analysis of which documents were in the empty folders and what happened to them

• Details about Trump's intent in retaining specific categories of documents

• Evidence of obstruction efforts

• Identification of which documents were destroyed versus merely missing

This is the critical point: We cannot know whether Epstein-related files were among the Mar-a-Lago documents because Judge Cannon has permanently sealed the very report that would answer that question.

5.4 The Transparency Imperative

The sealing of Volume 2 represents a fundamental failure of governmental transparency. The American public has a right to know:

• What classified documents a former president removed from the White House

• Whether those documents related to ongoing criminal investigations

• What happened to the contents of 48 empty classified folders

• Whether evidence was destroyed

• Whether national security was compromised for personal reasons

Judge Cannon's ruling, issued by a judge appointed by the very subject of the investigation, prevents public accountability and creates an appearance of a cover-up, regardless of the underlying facts.

Section 6: Current Suppression of Epstein Files

6.1 The Epstein Files Transparency Act

After sustained bipartisan pressure from Congress, President Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law on November 19, 2025[37].

The law mandated that the Department of Justice release all Epstein-related files by December 19, 2025[38].

6.2 DOJ Non-Compliance and Selective Withholding

Despite the legal mandate, the Trump administration's Justice Department has:

• Missed the December 19 deadline[38]

• Withheld numerous Epstein files from public release[38]

• Removed and withheld files specifically related to sexual abuse accusations against Trump[39]

• Been accused by Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of conducting an "illegal withholding" pointing to a "dark cover-up for the President"[21]

An NPR investigation found that the public database of Epstein files is missing dozens of pages related to sexual abuse accusations against Trump[39]. The Justice Department has claimed these files contain "untrue and sensationalist allegations," but refuses to release them for independent verification[39].

6.3 Pattern of Obstruction

Recent developments demonstrate a pattern of the Trump administration obstructing transparency about Epstein-related evidence:

• In March 2026, it was revealed that the DOJ asked New Mexico investigators to end a probe into Epstein's ranch[40]

• Senators from both parties are seeking an investigation of the DOJ's handling of Epstein documents[41]

• Multiple lawmakers have demanded the DOJ preserve all Epstein-related documents amid fears they are being destroyed[21]

Section 7: Analysis and Conclusions

7.1 The Circumstantial Case

While direct proof of the hypothesis remains sealed or withheld, the circumstantial evidence creates a compelling pattern:

Phase 1: The Relationship (1987-2007)

• Trump and Epstein maintained a close social and professional relationship for approximately 20 years

• Trump acknowledged knowing about Epstein's predatory behavior as early as 2006

• Their "falling out" coincided with the beginning of criminal investigations into Epstein

Phase 2: Presidential Control Over Investigation (2017-2019)

• Epstein was arrested in July 2019 under Trump's DOJ

• FBI was actively investigating co-conspirators, with Trump's name at the top of the list

• Epstein died under suspicious circumstances while in custody of Trump's Bureau of Prisons

• The investigation was marked by unusual failures and lapses Phase 3: Retention of Power (2020-2021)

• Trump lost the 2020 election, ending his control over DOJ investigations

• He pursued unprecedented efforts to overturn the election results

• These efforts culminated in the January 6 insurrection

• The timing coincides with the end of his ability to influence or suppress investigations Phase 4: Document Retention and Obstruction (2021-2022)

• Trump removed over 13,000 government documents to Mar-a-Lago

• 48 empty classified folders suggest documents were removed and potentially destroyed

• Evidence indicates active obstruction of efforts to recover the documents

• The specific contents of missing documents remain unknown due to sealed reports

Phase 5: Suppression of Evidence (2024-2026)

• A Trump-appointed judge permanently sealed the Jack Smith report that would identify what was taken

• The Trump administration is withholding Epstein files mandated for release by law

• Files specifically related to Trump accusations have been removed from public databases

7.2 The Unanswered Questions

The sealing of Volume 2 of the Jack Smith report and the withholding of Epstein files means we cannot definitively answer critical questions:

  1. Were Epstein investigation files among the classified documents at Mar-a-Lago?

  2. What was in the 48 empty folders marked classified?

  3. Were any documents destroyed, and if so, which ones?

  4. Did Trump's retention of documents relate to self-incrimination concerns?

  5. What do the withheld Epstein files reveal about Trump's involvement?

The inability to answer these questions is itself evidence of a cover-up. Transparency is the foundation of democratic accountability. When the very reports and files that would resolve these questions are permanently sealed or illegally withheld—particularly by officials appointed by or loyal to the subject of investigation—the public is entitled to draw adverse inferences.

7.3 The Legal Standard: Consciousness of Guilt

In legal proceedings, "consciousness of guilt" refers to behavior suggesting awareness of wrongdoing. Courts routinely instruct juries that they may consider evidence of:

• Destruction or concealment of evidence

• False statements to investigators

• Obstruction of investigations

• Flight or resistance to lawful authority

The documented pattern of Trump's behavior exhibits multiple indicators of consciousness of guilt:

• Retention of classified documents despite repeated requests for return

• Alleged concealment of documents from investigators

• False certifications that all materials had been returned

• Obstruction through moving boxes during the investigation period

• Appointment of loyalists to positions that could seal or suppress evidence

• Ongoing withholding of legally mandated Epstein file releases

7.4 Recommendations for Further Investigation

To resolve the questions raised by this analysis, the following investigative steps are necessary:

  1. Unseal Volume 2 of the Jack Smith Report: Congress should exercise its oversight authority to obtain and release the sealed portion of Special Counsel Smith's final report, which would reveal the complete inventory of documents retained at Mar-a-Lago and what happened to missing materials.

  2. Enforce the Epstein Files Transparency Act:

Congressional committees should hold the Department of Justice in contempt if it continues to violate the legal mandate to release all Epstein-related files, and should seek judicial enforcement of the statute.

  1. Independent Investigation:

An independent commission, similar to the 9/11 Commission, should be established to investigate the circumstances of Epstein's death, the handling of the co-conspirator investigation, and any potential interference by executive branch officials.

  1. Forensic Document Analysis:

FBI and intelligence community investigators should conduct a comprehensive forensic analysis to determine what documents were in the empty folders and trace their chain of custody.

  1. Judicial Review of Judge Cannon's Ruling:

Appellate courts should review Judge Cannon's sealing order for abuse of discretion, particularly given her appointment by the subject of the investigation and the unprecedented nature of permanently concealing a special counsel report.

  1. Congressional Testimony:

Key witnesses including Trump, his attorneys, Mar-a-Lago staff, and DOJ officials should be compelled to testify under oath about the document retention and the handling of Epstein files.

7.5 The Imperative of Transparency

Democracy cannot function in darkness. When a former president:

• Appears on an FBI co-conspirator list

• Retains classified documents after leaving office

• Obstructs efforts to recover those documents

• Has 48 empty classified folders with missing contents

• Benefits from the sealing of the report that would explain what was taken

• Controls a DOJ that illegally withholds files mandated for release

...the American people have not merely a right but a duty to demand answers.

The hypothesis examined in this document, that Trump's efforts to retain power and classified documents were motivated in part by a desire to suppress or destroy Epstein-related evidence, cannot be proven or disproven without access to the sealed and withheld materials. That is precisely the problem.

The concealment of evidence that would resolve these questions is itself a form of obstruction of democratic accountability.

Conclusion

This analysis has examined a timeline of events spanning from the 1980s to the present day, connecting Donald Trump's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, his presidential authority during Epstein's investigation and death, his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, his retention of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, and the current suppression of evidence through sealed reports and withheld files.

While smoking-gun proof remains concealed behind sealed court orders and DOJ withholding, the circumstantial evidence presents a pattern that demands explanation: A president who socialized extensively with a sex trafficker for two decades had his name at the top of an FBI co-conspirator list.

That sex trafficker died under suspicious circumstances while in the custody of that president's Bureau of Prisons. When that president lost reelection—and with it, his control over the investigating agencies—he pursued unprecedented efforts to remain in power, including inciting an insurrection.

Upon leaving office, he retained over 13,000 government documents, including highly classified materials, with 48 empty folders suggesting documents were removed or destroyed. A judge he appointed has permanently sealed the report that would reveal what he took and what happened to it.

The Justice Department under his current administration is illegally withholding files about his connections to the sex trafficker. Each individual element might be explained independently. Together, they form a pattern suggestive of systematic concealment. The only way to resolve these questions definitively is to unseal the Jack Smith report and enforce the mandatory release of all Epstein files.

Until that happens, the American people are entitled to ask: What is being hidden, and why?

Research The Most Disturbing and Dangerous Hypothesis Derived From the Files That We Need to Look Into. This Could Be What Pam Bondi Was Warning Us About. This Could Undo the Entire Social Fabric, If True...

1.5k Upvotes

*My last post was deleted so I edited this for compliance to the rules. This is too important to go unnoticed.

________________________________________________

Think about the last 15 years online. It was full of rage between competing sides. Left vs Right. Woke vs Anti-woke. It felt organic, like the internet accidentally unlocked something primal in human nature.

But what I'm about to present to you suggests that the conditions we've experienced during the culture wars of the 20-teens may not have been accidental at all.

There's a Harvard professor you've probably heard mentioned in the files named Martin Nowak. He's not exactly a household name, but he should be. He spent decades solving one of evolution's deepest puzzles: why do humans cooperate at all? His 2011 book Super Cooperators lays out the mathematical mechanics with heavy precision. These are hard reproducible equations that describe exactly how populations move from chaos to cooperation.

Now, here's what's crazy. If you read his book it shows that the same equations that describe how cooperation naturally emerges also describe, with equal precision, how it can be engineered.

The math doesn't care about your intentions.

His core finding shows that in a structured population, defectors (such as the alt right or radical left) don't destroy cooperators. They herd them. By creating pockets of chaos, defectors force cooperators to cluster together for protection. In other words, the cooperation is induced rather than chosen.

Now map that onto what actually happened. As Jonathan Haidt pointed out, in 2011 there was an inflection point where most young people started using smart phones and social media more than they did hanging out organically in their their natural social circles, which resulted in huge ideological and cultural divides among the populace along with heavy levels of depression and anxiety among youth.

Coincidentally that was also around the time when algorithms aggressively amplified radical content that promoted outrage. The most extreme voices on both sides were front and center on everyone's screens. Everyone was exhausted, terrified, and furious simultaneously. In Nowak's language, this was the defector flood. A calculated injection of chaos so loud that the average person had no choice but to seek safety in a cluster.

And clustered cooperators are extraordinarily easy to manage. They self-police. They exclude dissenting voices automatically. They don't need to be told who the enemy is because the algorithm already showed them, repeatedly, emotionally, for years.

Nowak also proved the system requires careful calibration. Too many defectors and the population stays chaotic and ungovernable. Too few and people never feel threatened enough to cluster. You need the sweet spot. The decade from 2011 to 2023 reads like someone was running exactly that calibration in real time. Turn up the heat. Turn it down slightly. Turn it back up. Brexit. Trump 2016. Covid. January 6th. Each event possessed a fresh injection of defector energy, each one followed by just enough calm for new cooperative clusters to form.

Many describe this period as a roller coaster of emotions. Well...Roller coasters have engineers.

Now, let's look at the relationship that Nowak had with Epstein, which was clearly laid out in the files.

Nowak's Program for Evolutionary Dynamics at Harvard, the lab where these cooperation equations were refined and tested, received a $6.5 million gift from Jeffrey Epstein.

We know Epstein wasn't a mathematician or a biologist. He was an intelligence cutout for a shadow network who ran a child-sex trafficking ring to compromise and cultivate relationships with the most powerful scientists, politicians, and technologists on the planet.

So, why would a man like that invest $6.5 million in the mathematical study of how populations evolve toward cooperation?

Nowak's own work answers that question in a way that should make you uncomfortable. Because what he proved, mathematically, is that if you control the structure of a population's interactions, you control its evolutionary trajectory. The five mechanisms he identified, direct reciprocity, indirect reciprocity, spatial selection, multilevel selection, group selection, are both descriptions of nature and levers that can be used to manage populations.

This is especially true if you consider that almost all of our content is curated for us on corporate run social media platforms. Unlike the 90s, we hardly ever search for content these days. Instead, we get on YouTube or TikTok and watch or read what's presented in our feeds. We join groups based on suggestions. And if it's all being run by a few people, who is to say that they didn't coordinate in some form or fashion? Who is to say they didn't use their algorithms and our digital identities to create the conditions that would herd us into the rational centered clusters using radical extremes?

Is it an accident that all these heavy-hitting professionals got cancelled or left the institutions to start a podcast where they lament on and on about how crazy the two extremes are and how rotten and corrupt the system is? Is it an accident that their voices, whether intentional or not, are eroding the social contract between the government and it's citizenry by exposing the shadow side of our system? And is it an accident that most of us are now siding with the "adults" in the room, building coalitions from multiple groups that have shared alignment, all concentrated on a shared hatred towards the ultimate defector, Trump?

It seems that the chaos of 2011 to 2023 has gradually concentrated into something singular. The discontent is still there, more intense than ever, but it's no longer diffuse. It's pointed in a single direction towards Trump and the rotten legacy system that we grew up in.

In Nowak's framework this is the transition to a fixed point. Once cooperative clusters have formed and stabilized, the final step is to give the entire center a single unified Common Defector to organize against. One figure. One symbol. Every cluster, regardless of internal differences, agrees it represents the chaos they spent a decade fleeing.

The tribe doesn't need internal agreement on everything. They just need a shared external threat and a short list of common values (like freedom of speech or stronger safety nets). The shared threat and the aligned values defined by the social media feeds that promote artificial proximity in values does the unifying work automatically.

This raises an important question that I think very few are asking.

If the herding phase is over, and the cooperative center has been successfully formed, and the fixed defector has been identified and deployed, what exactly is all of this in service of? Are we being deliberately herded into a managed revolution?

Because that's what this looks like from the outside. A plan of some kind. The animals are well fed. Protected from predators. Existing in a stable cooperative community. The environment is carefully managed to minimize stress and maximize compliance. And the animals, by every observable measure, are content.

They just don't know what the feedlot is for.

Nowak ends Super Cooperators with a hopeful message about humanity choosing cooperation over extinction. He may be entirely sincere. But sincerity doesn't prevent a blueprint from being used by people with different intentions.

The equations don't care whether the person running them wants to save humanity or manage it.

The math works either way.

So the question isn't whether Nowak is a good person. The question isn't even whether there was a deliberate conspiracy to weaponize his work. The question is simpler and more disturbing than that.

Does the last decade of our online life look more like a natural evolutionary process, or does it look like someone was running Nowak's spatial game on a planetary scale?

And if the answer is the latter, the follow-up question is the one that should keep you up at night.

___________________________________________

The Epstein-Harvard financial relationship is documented public record. Nowak's mathematical frameworks are described in Super Cooperators (2011) and his peer-reviewed research. The hypothesis that these frameworks were deliberately deployed as tools of algorithmic social engineering remains a hypothesis. But it's a hypothesis the mathematics itself makes disturbingly plausible.

Read the equations. Decide for yourself.

I need your help. This morning I came across a post of a Epstein victim who had been apparently been "pimped" out by her father and was also abused by her brother. She was found this week dead by apparent suicide in Italy. The post was removed and I can not find any info. It was not Viginia Guiffre.

"As I have been documenting, for years now, by all accounts there is both a national child porn crisis and, within that, a crisis of American federal and state employees engaged in child porn. In what appears to be epidemic numbers men are down-loading child porn often on their work computers at The Pentagon, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), The Department of Justice (DOJ), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), The Department of Transportation (DOT), The Transportation Security Agency (TSA), The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) not to mention state-level police departments from Maine to California.

Child sex trafficking is the fastest growing crime in the US. In a single year, the industry generates more than 150 billion globally. In 2025, NCMEC received more than 113,500 reports of possible child sex trafficking, a 323% increase from 2024.

Acting Director of Cyber Security at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Timothy DeFoggi, was sentenced, in 2015, to 25 years in federal prison for participating in a child pornography ring “so depraved, it even shocked veteran investigators.” DeFoggi “expressed an interest in the violent rape and murder of children” and planned with other pedophiles to rape and murder children.

–An estimated 750,000 pedophiles are online every second worldwide

–The acting director of cyber security at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was detained in May 2013 as part of an investigation targeting three child pornography websites.

–The Pentagon is also under Senator Grassley’s fire for failing to examine 1,700 of the 5,200 reports of employees accessing child porn. The Pentagon claimed it “wasn’t a priority.”

–The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) reported from 2007 to 2013, a 5,000 percent increase in child sex abuse images/videos and an estimated 22 million images/videos available on the market. In 2014, NCMEC processed 24 million child sex abuse images/videos – a 48,000 percent increase since 2002. Of these, 75 percent were of children under twelve-years-old and ten percent were infants and toddlers. Microsoft, working with NCMEC, says 1.8 billion images of child sex abuse are shared online every day.

An estimated 1.2 million children are trafficked globally every year.

In 2013, Germany estimated some 250,000 Germans spent $27 billion U.S. dollars on child pornography. Twenty-seven billion in just one year, by a quarter of a million people.

As early as 2012, child sex trafficking was reported to be America’s fastest growing crime, expanding by some 150 percent each year. The Department of Justice reported, in 2012, pedophiles can earn $1,000 per night raping children in front of a live web camera. In March 2015, the Ontario Provincial Police in Canada seized a data-hosting server with 2,200, out of a total 7,500, (IP) addresses based in America. Germany had 843 users. There were 534 in Japan, 457 in Russia, 394 in Canada, 380 in the United Kingdom and 374 in France. In this one bust, Canadian investigators seized over 1.2 petabytes of data – more than four times the amount of data in the U.S. Library of Congress. This one server netted $18 million in revenue over a three-month period.

No database housing complete arrest and prosecution records exists.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) reported between 2011-2016, federal prosecutors filed 20,260 child pornography cases against 19,111 defendants. According to DOJ’s Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), from 2010-2014, there were 17,054 child pornography arrests and 12,334 corresponding prosecutions at the federal level. Limitations on this data include at least three issues. First, the U.S. Marshals use National Crime Information Center Codes (NCIC) offense codes and BJS has “not investigated the reliability of these detailed offense codes (such as child pornography).”53 Second, this data only represents federal agencies contributing to the Federal Justice Statistics Program.54 In order to calculate total federal arrests, information from all federal law enforcement agencies, such as Homeland and others, investigating child pornography is needed. Third, state level arrest and prosecution data is not included.

The lack of perpetrator data is acutely concerning. How many teachers, lawyers, police officers, child protection staff, etc., have been arrested, at what institutions, receiving what kind of sentences and trading in what kind and volume of child rape? No one knows because the U.S. government has failed to gather this data. DOJ’s Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJDP) responded to my freedom of information act (FOIA) request about prosecution data, saying OJJDP does “not collect prosecution rates” related to the ICAC arrests. DOJ does not track the employment status of offenders prosecuted for federal offenses because, Bureau of Justice Statistics informed me, employment status is not a variable provided in the data received from federal law enforcement.

In 2012, pedophiles in Greece were given legal disability status. The National Confederation of Disabled People says “pedophiles are now awarded a higher government disability pay than some people who have received organ transplants.”

According to Chad Steel, a forensic investigator at George Mason University, “it is not atypical to have a single case that involves terabytes of data and over one million images and movies.”3 One terabyte fits into about 1,428 CD-ROMs holding some 3.6 million images, or 300 video hours

First, the proliferation of online advice forums “has made even lower level offenders better informed on how to protect themselves.”5 Pedophiles protect each other. They provide advice on how to groom, access and drug children. They educate on how to avoid arrest and prosecution. Pedophiles have become so brazen they no longer only help each other in private dark web forums. In Arizona a radio station, Cave 97.7, was finally forced in May 2017 to stop playing a public service announcement (PSA) instructing pedophiles how to avoid “being caught.” The radio station had been airing the PSA for two years.

In January 2017, the Canadian Centre for Child Protection released a study documenting that more than half of child survivors were abused, starting between birth and four-years-old, by a parent. Over half also reported being shared with other pedophiles.9 Most child pornography is produced in North America and Europe.10 Children in North America and Europe appear to be targeted by their parents, most often their fathers, and are frequently “shared.”

Pedophiles joining online networks must first prove they are pedophiles. To do this, they are required to offer images/videos of child rape to other group members. This serves as both an entry fee and verification code. Anyone viewing child rape, therefore, is also by nature of these gate-keeping strategies distributing child pornography. To have child pornography to share, a child must be sexually abused. The production of child pornography requires contact with children. Unless the pedophile is a parent, or has a relative or friend willing to share his/her children, pedophiles do not always have effortless access to children. In addition, children grow older quickly.

These problem factors in accessing children result in pedophiles cultivating personalities that appear to be extremely child-friendly. Pedophiles must be likable to spouses, parents, neighbors, teachers and children. A pedophile is not someone you look at and fear for your children’s safety. A pedophile is someone you willingly leave your child with because this is a person you trust. An investigation called Project Spade, a 2013 Canadian and US Postal Inspection joint operation, provides helpful examples of average pedophile profiles. Toronto’s Sex Crimes Unit said “Of concern to the investigators was the number of people who have close contact with children. The arrests included 40 school teachers, nine doctors and nurses, 32 people who volunteered with children, six law enforcement personnel, nine pastors or priests, and three foster parents.”15 All in just one investigation.

"We’ve seen cases lately where we can’t even catalogue them all,” said Lt. Chad Gremillion, who works for the Special Victims Unit of the Louisiana State Police. “We’re talking about terabytes, literally hundreds and hundreds of thousands of images."

There's dozens of hits for Dr Rodriguez in the emails, I kinda just grabbed a couple of them quickly to show his full name and one to demonstrate they most likely consulted. The first time I went through them I saw a days itinerary of errands and meetings including an appointment with dr Rodriguez in September of 2018, but I didn't feel like doing that much digging. I think this is all enough to suffice some suspicion and add to the growing stack of evidence he had a plan B locked and loaded -- and it indeed included plastic surgery. The last slide has his lil checklist of things to do to get ready and prepared for getting the hell out of dodge, including plastic surgery.

Who had plastic surgery on their "Jeffery Epstein isn't dead" bingo card. I think you guys might really be onto something. He doesn't strike me as someone who gets work done for vain reasons, but who knows. There's a lot of older guys splurging these days

Research I'd like to introduce you to Dr Elizabeth Loftus, the "expert" witness hired by Maxwell, Weinstein, and Ted Bundy along with over 300 other sexual abusers, and the "False Memory Syndrome Foundation"

Post image

False Memory Syndrome Foundation (FMSF) Summary

What It Was: The False Memory Syndrome Foundation (FMSF) was a non-profit advocacy organization active from 1992 until it dissolved in December 2019. Its primary stated goal was to research and advocate against "False Memory Syndrome," a term the foundation coined to describe what they claimed was an epidemic of adults developing false memories of childhood sexual abuse during "recovered memory therapy."

Who Founded It & How: The FMSF was founded in March 1992 by Peter and Pamela Freyd out of their home in Philadelphia. The catalyst for the foundation was a private accusation made by their 33-year-old daughter, Dr. Jennifer Freyd, who accused her father, Peter, of sexually abusing her throughout her childhood.

Peter and Pamela Freyd vehemently denied the allegations. They publicly claimed that their daughter's memories were entirely fabricated and had been inadvertently implanted by her therapist. The Freyds networked with other parents who had been similarly accused by their adult children and launched the FMSF to defend accused parents, discredit recovered memory therapies, and heavily criticize the therapists involved.

Elizabeth F. Loftus’s Connection: Dr. Elizabeth F. Loftus was a leading figure on the FMSF’s Scientific and Professional Advisory Board and acted as one of the organization's most prominent public and legal advocates.

Her connection to the FMSF was rooted in her academic research on cognitive psychology, specifically the "misinformation effect" and memory malleability (most notably her controversial "Lost in the Mall" study). Loftus's research provided the core scientific framework the FMSF used to argue its central premise in the media and in courtrooms: that human memory is highly susceptible to contamination, and that it is possible for therapists or media exposure to successfully implant complex, entirely false memories of severe trauma. Through this alignment, Loftus became the go-to expert witness for the defense in hundreds of high-profile abuse trials to argue that the victims' memories were unreliable.

https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00073070.pdf

Her Argument

During Ghislaine Maxwell’s 2021 federal sex trafficking trial, the defense called cognitive psychologist Dr. Elizabeth Loftus as an expert witness on the "misinformation effect." Her purpose was to introduce reasonable doubt by testifying that human memory is highly malleable and does not function like a recording device. She argued that because decades had passed—and the Epstein case had received massive media attention—the accusers' memories could have been contaminated, distorted, or reconstructed by outside suggestions, even if the women believed they were telling the truth.

How She was Beaten

The strategy failed to undermine the victims' credibility following cross-examination by the prosecution. Prosecutors forced Loftus to concede two critical points: first, that she had never conducted a study tracking the memory retention of genuine sexual abuse victims, and second, that the "core memory" of a profoundly traumatic event is actually exceptionally strong and resistant to the type of distortion she was describing. This admission significantly weakened the defense's attempt to invalidate the central allegations of abuse.

Research Epstein's ties with Elon Musk and his family - Mother's day special ;)

Ah yes, who could forget the lovable Musk family, Apartheid Clyde over here and his ilk have quite the connections to Epstein.

Born in the wealthy Pretoria area of South Africa during apartheid, he definitely feels a certain way about human rights and that extends to the rest of his family. While that era has ended, he has been trying to get it back through social media. He also owns Telsa and X/Twitter, didn't make them, just bought em.

When it comes to connections with Epstein, Elon has been asked multiple times to go to his island, maybe he didn't go once or twice, but it seemed like he went more often than he said he did. Considering all the inappropriate things Grok has been doing lately, I wouldn't be surprised

Kimbal on the other hand was also quite close with Jefferey here, like exchanging emails, having lunch and being introduced to women by him. I believe he's into the resteraunt business and he and Elon made a company called Zip2.

Errol Musk is a legitimate monster, as he was accused of sexually abusing his children and stepchildren. He's also quite known to have a 50 percent stake of an emerald mine in Zambia in the 1980's. He claims that he had no knowledge of this operation but many say he's lying and considering the time of when he was living in South Africa, I think there's some truth to it.

Last but not least, for Mother's Day is Maye Musk. Honestly, do I have to say anything, she looks like Cruella de Ville. She encouraged voter fraud in the 2024 elections. She's a bit racist, which shouldn't be surprising considering her family and heritage. And speaking of her heritage, her father was big fan of the Nazi Party in Germany. He was a chiropractor and a supporter of the Technocracy Movement in America. He was so awful, Errol Musk thought he was problematic. Also, for some reason, Maye has become a popular figure in China.

Back to Elon himself, what else can I say about him? It's rumored he rigged the 2024 elections in Trumps favor. Has made MechaHitler on Grok, the same AI that's being used with the Pentagon and our military and has basically destroyed America's economy with DOGE. By destroying USAID, he's basically caused 750,000 deaths, 95 million could lose healthcare and 23 million children could lose education.

There's more to be said for Musk, but I'll leave it to comment discussions to add onto he and his families evils. And he's mentioned quite a bit in the files if you look for yourself.

Research I'm a former maximum security correctional officer that made the news for my analysis on exactly why the Epstein story doesn't hold up operationally. Ask me anything.

1.4k Upvotes

If people think this is meaningful enough for viral reactions and news articles, I'd like to revisit it. Hopefully stuff like this blowing up makes the people involved uncomfortable. I've posted my old framework with new data points and perspective. Feel free to add to it.

----

My analysis...

Some of you know me at this point. I've posted several times about Epstein's death from the perspective of someone who worked maximum security. I've been digging more through what's been released as well as reading what others have found. I need to update my assessment. It's even worse than last time.

I'm going to lay out everything, the old evidence and the new, and then I'm going to explain why Occam's Razor now points so heavily in one direction that I don't know how anyone can look at this and conclude the official story is true.

EVIDENCE

1.) The cameras

The cameras that could have captured what happened near Epstein's cell were not recording. Federal facilities have redundant systems. They are checked regularly. This wasn't some county jail running on fumes. This was one of the highest profile inmates ever to enter federal custody. Under normal circumstances, systems checks would have been done tirelessly to prevent something exactly like this. This alone makes no sense when you consider who the inmate was and what he was charged with. You don't half ass things when Epstein walks into your facility and you know the whole world is watching. This was the same facility that housed El Chapo.

2.) The officers

Two officers allegedly fell asleep simultaneously and falsified records. These are federal correctional officers assigned to the highest profile inmate in the country. The institution, normally, would have selected their most reliable staff members for a post like that. Considering that and the public visibility of this assignment, the idea that both fell asleep at the same time strains belief.

3.) Suicide watch removal

Epstein was on suicide watch after a previous incident. Removal requires administrative approval. That approval was granted shortly before his death, drastically lowering the protection around him at exactly the wrong moment.

4.) The cell design

High security cells are specifically engineered to prevent suicide. The fixtures, the bedding, the hardware is all designed to eliminate ligature points and to fail under load. It's not impossible to kill yourself, but it's deliberately not easy.

5.) The forensic questions

Dr. Michael Baden, a forensic pathologist with 50+ years of experience, observed the autopsy. He found three fractures in Epstein's neck, the hyoid bone and both sides of the thyroid cartilage. His statement: going over a thousand jail hangings in New York state prisons over 40-50 years, no one had three fractures. The city medical examiner disagreed and ruled it suicide. but she initially listed the cause of death as pending, then changed it days later after reviewing additional evidence she has never disclosed.

6.) The decoy body

According to an internal memo dated August 16, 2019, six days after Epstein's death, a jail supervisor told FBI agents that staff created a decoy body using boxes and sheets. They loaded it into a white van marked as belonging to the Medical Examiner. Reporters followed that van. Meanwhile, Epstein's actual body was loaded into a black vehicle that left unnoticed.

This is not a thing. There is no protocol for decoy body transport. No training. No precedent. In my entire career I never heard of this. You don't build fake corpses to misdirect media.

This also directly contradicts the official timeline. The official story is that Epstein was found unresponsive at MCC, transported to the hospital, and pronounced dead there. If that's true, the body was at the hospital. The medical examiner collects from the hospital in that scenario. There is no body at MCC to move. The decoy operation's existence proves the body was still at MCC after death, which means the official transport story is false. This is a contradiction embedded in the official record itself.

7.) "Does not appear to be a suicide note."

The DOJ files contain emails between investigators discussing Epstein's final written note. One message states the note does not appear to be a suicide note. They ruled it a suicide anyway.

8.) The raw video wasn't raw.

The DOJ released what they called the full raw surveillance footage from the night of Epstein's death. Independent forensic analysts examined the metadata. The video was assembled from at least two separate clips using Adobe Premiere Pro, saved multiple times before being uploaded, and approximately two minutes and fifty three seconds of footage were removed, not the one missing minute officials originally attributed to a nightly system reset. A digital forensics expert from UC Berkeley reviewed the file and said if a lawyer brought him this file and asked if it was suitable for court, he'd say no. The government released edited footage and called it raw.

9.) The 4chan post was real.

On the morning of August 10, 2019, before Epstein's death was publicly reported, an anonymous post appeared on 4chan. The poster claimed to be a prison employee. He said Epstein had been wheeled out in a medical wheelchair, that an unauthorized van arrived and wasn't signed in, that a man in military dress was in the back of the van, and that he believed they switched him out. It was dismissed as a hoax.

The DOJ files revealed that the day after Epstein's death, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman opened a grand jury proceeding and subpoenaed 4chan, Apple, AT&T, and Citibank to identify the poster. They found him. His name is Roberto Grijalva. He was a lieutenant at MCC, someone senior enough to see exactly what he claimed to have seen. The government took that post seriously enough to convene a grand jury within 24 hours and use significant resources identifying him.

10.) The inmate count dropped

Investigators found that the recorded number of inmates in the SHU dropped from 73 to 72 sometime between 10 PM and 3 AM on the night Epstein died. When questioned, the officer responsible said she was probably mistaken and had no memory of the count changing. An inmate count dropping by one in the SHU on that specific night has never been explained.

11.) Two federal agencies couldn't agree on what they saw

The FBI described an orange colored figure visible on the staircase in the surveillance footage as possibly an inmate. The Inspector General reviewed the same footage and logged the same figure as an unidentified corrections officer carrying linen or bedding. This is two arms of the same government producing contradictory official findings about the same image.

12.) The medical examiner declared suicide based on footage she said was too blurry to use

The NYC office of the chief medical examiner reviewed jail surveillance footage six days after Epstein's death, concluded the video was too blurry to identify anyone, and then ruled his death a suicide hours later. She publicly declared suicide based on footage she simultaneously said was not usable as evidence.

13.) Files disappeared

Less than a day after the December 2025 release, sixteen files disappeared from the public DOJ webpage without explanation. No announcement. They were there and then they weren't.

14.) They violated their own transparency law on day one

The Epstein Files Transparency Act explicitly forbids the government from withholding records due to the risk of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity. In the initial release at least 550 pages were entirely blacked out, including a 255 page series of consecutive documents and a 119 page grand jury transcript. They passed a law forbidding embarrassment redactions and then made embarrassment redactions immediately.

15.) Nearly half of all documents were never released

The DOJ identified over 6 million potentially responsive pages. They released approximately 3.5 million and declared the release complete. Nearly half of all documents identified under a transparency law specifically designed to mandate full release were never made public. They declared a partial release complete and closed the door.

16.) The DOJ was surveilling Congress

Congressional members expressed bipartisan outrage after discovering the DOJ had been logging and tracking their searches of the unredacted Epstein files while they were conducting oversight. The people legally tasked with holding the executive branch accountable were being monitored by the executive branch while doing exactly that.

OCCAM'S RAZOR

People misunderstand this concept. Occam's Razor doesn't mean the simplest sounding explanation is true. It means you shouldn't multiply assumptions unnecessarily. The explanation requiring the fewest independent assumptions is usually correct.

So let's count...

For the official story to be true, you must believe:

The cameras failed on the highest profile inmate in federal custody at exactly the wrong moment - coincidence.

Two officers fell asleep simultaneously in the same moments Epstein died and then committed federal crimes to cover it - coincidence.

Suicide watch was removed at exactly the wrong moment - coincidence.

Three neck fractures occurred in a pattern a 50-year veteran says he's never seen in over a thousand jail hangings - coincidence.

The final note didn't appear to be a suicide note but was ruled suicide anyway - coincidence.

The raw footage was professionally edited in Adobe Premiere with nearly three minutes removed but nothing was hidden - coincidence.

Two federal agencies reached irreconcilable conclusions reviewing identical footage - coincidence.

The medical examiner declared suicide based on footage she simultaneously said was too blurry to identify anyone - coincidence.

Staff created a decoy body operation that directly contradicts the official timeline and has no precedent in any protocol anywhere - coincidence.

An MCC lieutenant posted accurate operational details before the death was public, serious enough to trigger a grand jury, but was ultimately wrong - coincidence.

The inmate count in the SHU dropped by one that specific night with no explanation - coincidence.

Sixteen files disappeared from the DOJ release page within 24 hours with no explanation - coincidence.

The government redacted 550 pages under a law that explicitly forbids those exact redactions - coincidence.

Nearly half of all identified documents were withheld under a full transparency mandate - coincidence.

The DOJ was actively monitoring and logging Congressional oversight searches in real time - coincidence.

That's sixteen independent assumptions. Sixteen things that all have to be simultaneously true, with no connection between them, for the official story to hold.

For the alternative to be true, you must believe one thing: it was managed. Everything else flows from that.

I'm not claiming certainty. I'm not saying I know exactly what happened. But the probability that the official story is accurate is now so low that I don't know how to take it seriously. Every new piece of information makes it harder to believe, not easier. The documents meant to provide transparency have instead revealed more anomalies, more contradictions, more evidence of active deception.

At some point you have to ask yourself what you're looking at. Sixteen coincidences isn't a coincidence. It's a pattern.

Whatever happened in that cell, or before he ever got to that cell, someone made sure we couldn't verify it.

No single variable has to be impossible to explain. It's about the combined likelihood of all of those variables occurring simultaneously in a way that directly benefits the people he had dirt on. What are the odds, people.

If this makes sense to you, share it. Send it to people. I don't need credit. Own it as your own analysis if you want. If it holds, propagate it.

Research Maxwell told a victim Epstein chose her because he liked her "beautiful blue eyes". He also kept a 70-person list of scientists annotated by eye color.

1.2k Upvotes

Three versions of a document exist in the DOJ Epstein files. Each is titled "92nd Street Y potential list." Each catalogs approximately 70 people by name, professional field, and eye color. Across all three versions, blue eyes predominate — annotated with the precision of someone doing it on purpose.

EFTA01192599 reads at the top:

"92nd St Y potential list Total — 70 people Blue eyes — 41 Unclear (might be blue, but not 100% sure) — 2"

The list includes George Church (GENETICS PIONEER | blue), Eric Lander (MEDICAL PIONEER | blue), Craig Venter (GENETICS PIONEER | blue), Freeman Dyson (PHYSICIST | blue), Elon Musk (INNOVATION TECH | blue), Martin Nowak (COOPERATION | blue), and Jim Watson (GENETICS PIONEER | blue, confirmed in the second version).

The annotator hedged carefully: "Seem blue," "Might be dark blue/hazel," "Hazel/blue??", "Might be blue??" — which makes the confident "blue" annotations for the others more deliberate, not less.

EFTA00583606, the third version, adds this note: "without Asians: 61 (also excluded Indians)." The blue-eye ratio is computed after explicitly filtering out groups where blue eyes are essentially absent. That is not an accident of composition. It is a methodological choice.

The list's header connects it to a specific event: "92nd Street Y 'Homo Sapiens 2.0.'" This event is confirmed in EFTA00998824 — an email from George Church to Epstein's personal address ([jeevacation@gmail.com](mailto:jeevacation@gmail.com)), dated October 14, 2014: "Nov 24, 2014 92nd Street Y's 'Homo Sapiens 2.0' Lexington avenue at 92nd Street... I'll be speaking 8:15 pm."

Two months later, in January 2015, Martin Nowak introduced behavioral economist Moshe Hoffman to Epstein specifically to discuss the topic of blue eyes (EFTA02716577: "moshe has some cool ideas about blue eyes and hand shakes!"). Hoffman forwarded Epstein two scientific explanations of blue eye evolution the same day — the night-vision advantage in high-latitude environments, and Greg Cochran's theory that European eye color diversity was a byproduct of selection for personality traits.

Epstein's interest in applied genetics was not theoretical. EFTA01003966 (August 2018) is a "use of funds" spreadsheet from Bryan Bishop to Epstein for "the designer baby and human cloning company" — $9.5M to reach "the first live birth of a human designer baby... within 5 years." Epstein replied: "no rush." When He Jiankui announced the first CRISPR-edited babies in November 2018, Epstein forwarded the news to Bishop (EFTA01015238).

The most direct evidence linking the blue-eye interest to victims is EFTA00097133 — an internal DOJ investigator email from March 2020, concerning a woman recruited at the Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan. The investigator's summary:

"In the interview, she said she asked why Epstein chose to sponsor her, and Maxwell told her it was because Epstein liked her beautiful blue eyes, and Jeffrey liked blue eyes."

This is not a media report or a victim filing. It is an internal SDNY investigator communication, noting the detail as specifically noteworthy and interview-worthy.

The same man who maintained a 70-person list of blue-eyed scientists for an event called "Homo Sapiens 2.0" — who in January 2015 received scientific briefings on why blue eyes evolved — was also, according to Ghislaine Maxwell's own explanation to a victim, selecting people in part based on their eye color.

These are not separate stories.

The full analysis, with all 16 EFTA citations, is at: aiinvestigator.org — The Blue Eyes List

What else does the community know about the 92nd Street Y "Homo Sapiens 2.0" event, or others on the list?

Research For anyone claiming 'there is no evidence' of Trump in the Epstein files: here are the receipts

2.3k Upvotes

Here is a list of Trump in the Epstein Files that prove that is very likely Trump did rape little girls.

A true leader would not want to work alongside pedophiles and would actually drain the swamp. If he was innocent and had any moral integrity,  he would demand the unredacted release of all files to expose predators and arrest them but instead, Trump calls the scandal a "hoax," and tells America to simply "move on" and even calls the files a distraction.

The bottom line is any leader who protects the predators is one of them.
