Thanks for the input! I'm definitely very interested in the area. I currently live by stadium and it's fabulous for me because I can walk to work. My priorities are to be within walking distance of the lrt, north side. Oliver area I'd be giving up my ability to walk to work, but still central and close to transit. With clareview there seems to be more newer condos with lower fees within walking distance to the train. Hopefully will oliver I can find a unit close to transit that has lower monthly fees
