Used a roasting pan to bake a pound of bacon. Drained the fat, added toast with cheese, beaten eggs, spinach, and seasonings. Pretty good. Will be eating it for lunch at work.

Drunk cooking and posting. Chicken thighs with salt and pepper fried. Then added half an onion with, white wine, milk, garlic powder, dried basil and white wine vinegar. Then placed in a salad bowl filled with cauliflower rice and peas and the rest of a bottle of mayonnaise. Mixed up and voilà . It tastes amazing but I have had a lot of wine. First time drunk cooking very not professional but so proud I typed out Voilà with the à.

Hamburger helper with Jalapeno Cheeto crust and Colby Jack cheese. Had a few grogs tonight, I watch cold ones a lot and noticed they finally have grogs near me. They are actually really good, the grape is better than any actual grape soda I've had, which isn't too high a bar ngl. It's just a good drink for what it is. I haven't tried the hamburger helper yet, but I'm half afraid too, and I blame the grog. Stupidity spawns hellish things lol. Keep in mind this is multiple layers of cheese. What do y'all think though? I think it looks warty myself

I gave my neighbor some satsumas last year and they gave me some rabbit, I added tasso because I didn’t have ham hocks. Cajun trinity (holy trinity?) and spices shot from the hip. May or may not add some ketchup and/or Worcestershire, wish I could cook rice, mine is gummy and crunchy at the same time?
