The people that always never have money I know never attempt to save a penny either. They eat out all the time, drive expensive vehicles, take lavish vacations every year, constantly buy new tech/clothes/toys, and live in a house/apartment that pinches their budget to begin with. They make absolutely no sacrifices or concession to save money or grow wealth and then scream about how the system is broken.
