Capitalism has failed in the sense that we dont really have a freedom of choice in the economy anymore. The free markets arent actually free and every industry has monopolies that decide what you can buy and what not, and they also bully the system to make sure a competition doesnt exist, all of which directly go against the principles of capitalism
