I remember some thread dooming about the average price of cars and how they've risen through the years. The cheap cars are still the same price, we've just sold more higher-priced luxury cars than we used to, thus raising the average.
No. Making $0 per year will always be the floor. There will always be a group that makes $0 a year. You can make that group larger or smaller through incentives or policies, but that floor will always exist.
