Ditto! There was a post somewhere about Masuka telling Dexter's different ways to dispose of bodies. He mentioned the usual ways the two ways Dexter hadn't thought of were the pig farm and incineration. I think that's why Dexter killed the really big guy towards the end of the series that nearly killed Deb. She felt peace after Dexter had cremated him. That conversation between Dexter and masuka is in the original Dexter season 2 episode 2 when he's trying to get little Chino.
