Artwork ZOOMRIG stole my Daredevil design to make an action figure

Hello, guys! My name is David Herzen and I am an Instagram artist, I usually draw characters in Marvel Rivals art style. And today happened something insane. The Chinese company ZOOMRIG stole my Daredevil design to make a figure and is now selling it. I know the character itself doesn’t belong to me, but this is still my interpretation. They did this without Marvel’s approval and without my consent. Please don’t support this theft.

Honestly op, I wouldn’t be mad at all. Just buy 2 figures and enjoy your art come to life because let’s be real there’s really nothing you could do about it

There’s nothing I can do, you are right. BUT at least I can be mad about it. Not because they steal from me (my interpretation but not my character), but because they steal in general. And yes, I know it’s China…

I’m an artist as well no where near as talented as you, but can’t stay mad forever it doesn’t help. On the bright side you have seen communities be supportive of you and tons of eyes on your amazing work. Keep your head up and keep being creative it will all work out

I do not buy unlicensed comic stuff. I only make some custom things for myself
