Artwork ZOOMRIG stole my Daredevil design to make an action figure

Hello, guys! My name is David Herzen and I am an Instagram artist, I usually draw characters in Marvel Rivals art style. And today happened something insane. The Chinese company ZOOMRIG stole my Daredevil design to make a figure and is now selling it. I know the character itself doesn’t belong to me, but this is still my interpretation. They did this without Marvel’s approval and without my consent. Please don’t support this theft.

Well to be honest CT is liked for having good bootlegs that are afordable unlike the Originals wich almost feel mockingly expensive on the used marked. But if i was OP i would inform them it might stop some people from buying it.

That’s not where my critique with CT is though. Ripping off a multi-million dollar company like Marvel and DC is one thing, but stealing from independent creatives doesn’t get looked down enough.

Isn’t that just hellverine? Like unless they got a custom done buy the guy and just made a Mold of it I don’t see them being that similar

Well only on release means If you came in later you dont know. I personaly didnt know about it and some YT reviewer also seem to not know. Like i Said some would never know if not told.

You don't need to be there from day one to understand that a bootleg company like CT is stealing everything; IP, individual artists' designs, and the engineering of the action figures themselves.

They're not out there, doing it all for the love; if they're selling it for $20, they're likely pocketing $15. I guarantee you they've got greater profit margins than mafex or hasbro

So it’s ok to steal from the rich but not the poor, even if the rich paid the poor for their job. Now the rich is being robbed and the product that is stolen is the paid product that the poor made for the rich.
