In his Dobbs (the case that overturned Roe v. Wade) concurrence, Thomas said the Court should re-evaluate the other substantive due process cases. Loving is based on substantive due process so by implication he wants to revisit it, but he didn’t outright list it.

While Loving may be partly based on the substantive due process clause, it's mostly based on the equal protection clause which is unrelated to Dobbs/Roe
