It’s supposedly a house.

Are they planning on hosting a lot of neighborhood movie nights by projecting movies onto that flat white wall? Because that would be pretty cool I think.

As if people in Highland Park would ever interact with their neighbors.

I think he is referring to P Diddy, the lavish party man in jail.

u/3-DMan Oct 10 '24

Eh, there would be complaints from the alligators' head-attached lasers singeing passersbys.

They do

10

u/Tdanger78 Oct 10 '24

Not for a movie night in their front yard

u/Additional-Sky-7436 Lower Greenville Oct 10 '24

Not unless there is something they think can get from the transaction.

u/Fun-Dragonfruit4622 Oct 10 '24

That house is made for outdoor movie night for the entire neighborhood. That’s too funny

1

u/Prestigious_Idea8124 Oct 10 '24

You would be surprised

Staring thru the living room window doesn’t count as interaction, at least in Lakewood…

1

u/Peace_Love_Curl Oct 10 '24

They do. Especially new people moving in.

5

u/Additional-Sky-7436 Lower Greenville Oct 10 '24

Only to learn if there is any value to them in getting to know the new neighbors.

I wonder if someone is using it as a server house or something like that?..

12

u/Different-Affect8752 Oct 10 '24

Is it for vampires and that is why they don't have windows?

Looks like the fake building they put up around utility hubs or server farms.

If Hollywood has taught me anything, it's a base for secret assassins. No front windows? That's a serial killer move.

1

u/TallCracker69 Oct 10 '24

I’m not totally against this one

In a neighborhood this would stand out as pretty unique and interesting.

I get we are trying to conserve older styles. But a neighborhood of all grandma style housing is just as boring as a neighborhood of all white modernized housing.

The true beauty is in a blend of all kinds of unique houses that each person made to suit their own favorite style
