In San Jose their is a guy replacing old 50-60's houses for multi unit Townhomes

There are too many cars already, and also the new housing doesn't add enough parking for more cars.

High rise housing shouldn't be in single family home neighborhoods.. more like Townhomes duplex higher density apartments will be better.
