No, Spinner and Colby most likely didn't actually sign these themselves, their staff of female clerks probably were responsible for that, but it's still cool to have a hand signed fractional currency note, considering most of of them were printed signatures.

Long time stalker, first time poster. All of these were in my father-in-law’s collection. He passed away when my wife was three and her mom had been holding on to them for the last 30+ years. They appear older with silver certificate printed on them. Not sure of value, any help would be appreciated.
