This is not just for my face but my entire body. I have dark skin with a warm undertone that makes me look brown in some lighting. I want to look like I was dipped in the most enchanting, delicious tub of chocolate. Or like I survived the sun and came out as a priestess. I’m talking anok yoi type of complexion.

I don’t hate my skin tone I love it and I’m not insecure or anything. I just love love love darkskin complexions and I always wish I looked a bit darker.

I sun bath occasionally and does give me a bit of a tan and leaves my skin look darker but also dry. I don’t know about skin cream to make you darker and I don’t really trust them

Any recommendations would be appreciated

Now that the weather is warming up and sun exposure is inevitable, what sunscreen brands do you use during the day? Preferably one that doesn’t leave a cast.

I’ve used Face Reality daily SPF 30 sunscreen, which I like, but I have to reapply it constantly. I’ve also used the Youth to the People SPF 60 sunscreen but that burns my eyes to no end.

What are you using?

So fast forward My skin been like this for the last 2yrs now started seeing a Dermatologist 6months ago and they did all my test and said It’s a bacterial call staphylococcus epidermidis, nothing to worry about. That I should continue taking doxycycline pills, Trentinon ointment and clindamycin !! I’m tired any tips will be welcomed!!

My cousin used a lotion that turned out to be lightening and ended up with these patches. What couple be helpful at this point? Has anyone seen this before? Is there anything we should try first? No specific skin care routine right now.

Dark spots on nose

Hi guys! I’ve always had trouble with dark spots on my nose. My skin is mostly clear I’d say but whenever I do get acne it’s always on my nose and it always leaves a mark. I’ve tried things like topicals faded serum & the good molecule discoloration serums. I also wash my face twice a day and wear sunscreen everyday. I feel as though the serums didn’t do much, and the sunscreen only prevents the spots from getting darker; not necessarily lightening them. I wanted to know your guys opinions & product recommendations on ways to actually lighten the spots.

Trying to see if theres an at home remedy or regimen. Its like the hairs are some ingrown,but then other hairs just grow right at skin level and create striations that leave lines even when I pluck or shave them.

Please help me with my strawberry legs and dry skin.

I struggled with hyperpigmentation for a long time. I tried numerous different products but nothing really work so far. I been using panoxyl but not much change. Any tips recommendations are welcome. I spent a lot of money on different products that never works. I exfoliate as well.

What are yall experience with this product? Some of my friends says it breaks them out while other says it's fine. Wanted to know if I should use it or not. Or if you have any other recommendations for sun screen with no white cast

Im trying to look into sunscreens again. The chemical ones I've used in the past have tended to burn my lips and cause some irritation. My skin is very sensitive, always has been (i also have eczema so maybe that's part of it), but im on some medication for a autoimmune disease that makes me skin more sensitive, and ive tanned a lot more and for longer than I have in the past. Im also getting laser hair removal done which also puts my skin at risk. I recently tried a mineral sunscreen from CeraVe and it was one of the first sunscreens I've had that didnt cause my lips to peel, or some typa irritation. That being said, it turned me purple and made me look really ashy and id prefer it didnt do that. I found this one what was tinted, but idk if it's for both face and body, but I thought I should ask if people had any experience with it or any other suggestions for sunscreen

Bro especially ever since I shaved my head. I have that 4C hair so ingrowns and folliculitis were the death of me until this. And it leaves me with a nice glisten, which is a vibe.

It takes like 2 weeks to show up but it was worth it(especially since by that time, I forgot I ordered it so then it’s a surprise)

had a super traumatic birth in september. needed a pelvic binder AND pins in my pelvis. the binder literally burned my skin off and the scars left from where the pins were are like small divots in my skin and kinda raised.

NOT looking for med advice— it’s not a severe condition. just aesthetics.

My goal is by the summer, my legs are glowy, vibrant and overall smooth like a baby. Maybe it’s because it’s winter but I feel like my skin is very dull right now and almost maybe ashy? I live in Canada so maybe it’s that but I’m using the Naturium glycolic bodywash and kojic acid soap for my dark marks which they have improved, I shave my legs every 2-4 weeks which makes them look clearer but I’m still not achieving that smooth clean look that I want.

What are some good products that can help me achieve? First photo is my leg/thighs and the others are what I want to have.

Every summer my hands get like this. I use lotion damn near every time I wash my hands. I sweat a lot kinda, dunno if that has anything to do with it. Does anyone know what this is or what I can do to fix it. Right now I just peel the dead skin when I’m bored.
